New Concrete Sealer - A+
Used a garden sprayer to spray new concrete - nice matte finish - repels water very well. Hopefully helps with salt in the Northeast from penetrating surface. Goes a long way. Set sprayer pretty light - dont puddle.

Good budget dustproofer, needs bi/annual reapplication
My husband has a big sensitivity to small particulate, so we bought this dustproofer to seal the old stone walls in our house. It took 4 layers of spray on application for him to be able to sleep, but then he was finally able to sleep! This application worked for a year and a half, but when the weather warmed this year he suddenly couldn’t sleep again. We didn’t want to be reapplying this product annually so we went in a different direction to fix our problem. For a budget dustproofer it worked really well, we just couldn’t deal with the lack of longevity for our usageTLDR: takes lots of coats to completely seal, and reapplication every year or two is necessary. Good budget dustproofer if you’re up for reapplication every year or two.

Just what I needed
This sealer is great. Breathable and can be applied to small masonry jobs the day of or next day, as opposed to waiting 28 days for masonry to cure. No more going back to jobs after scaffolding is down.
