Finally Learning My Camera
First and foremost, the price can't be beat. With that said, this replaced a cheap wired remote (off-brand) that worked some of the time (more frustrating than fruitful). It does exactly what it says and very well. The receiver is tiny and hangs from the cord without any worry of pulling loose any solder connections (although I would recommend attaching to the camera or strap). Side note on that: Has anyone successfully attached the little strap it comes with? I messed with it for 20 minutes and gave up! Otherwise, the device is flawless. The best part: With so many in-app features, tweaks and settings, I've been forced to learn how to use my Canon 20D after nearly 10 years of point-and-shoot on auto mode. That, alone, has been worth its weight in gold. Can't wait to see my shots this time next year.

I have used it a few times making some time laps videos, and it has been working great for me.
