I wanted a smell of sandal which have exactly same smell like we used to smell in temples (chandan tika). Or you can say nearly organic to raw sandalwood. When I ordered it, i was bit unsure about it, because in some reviews people said it isn't long lasting, projection isn't that good, smells like chemical and so on... *Yes it isn't 100% organic at all, but the smell is 90% match to raw sandalwood. *Loved it as projection is also good. *About longitivity can't make a final verdict as it's rainy season nd low heat outside but in current partially cold weather it lasting on me about 10+hr. *And yes it's easily gets noticed as you move, i got some compliments too. *One suggestion aply it on body in very little quantity it projects a lot, * In any perfume the person who applies it will not get the smell after some times about 45mins but others can, so if you aply any perfume in high quantity will be headache for others. *I also used (chandan) sandal attars from other brands but they seemed like mixed with other fragrances like caramel, oud, amber, musk this smelled pure compared with them. *You can give it a try. *Given 4 stars instead of 5 just because I feel it's overpriced lil bit, I'm saying that because it has some synthetic mixture too, so if discounted around 20 to 25 % surely give it a try. I love this good quality authentic smelling chadanam oil. Everyone around me love the smell too. Packaging is also great. I'll try the rose scent soon.

chemical smell will not suite for me

At present a totally waste product . Just got today . No smell of Sandal. I applied on many places but even to smell you have to take your nose near the place applied. Unknowingly I ordered two although I wanted only one . I had parag Lal chandan Attar. Since it was getting over, I added Balaji attar to it. But that also got spoiled. 2 ml fell on my pant and still smell was not coming from Balaji😂 But this attar is good if you do not want anyone or even yourself to be disturbed by a strong smelling attar. In future I will not but any attar as already 1000 Rs spend in total. The correct way you can understand the smell of perfume manufactured on Aug 2024 batch. It is like Comfort fabric freshner. Neither you nor others will know the smell unless you take clothes near your nose. It is only good for people who cannot bear a intense smell like other attars have and who do not want to be a disturbance to others which happens with most attars. Edit : changing the rating from 1 star to 3 star. Since no matter how much you apply it is not disturbing to others.
