Insane Crema Espresso
This makes an excellent espresso with an insane amount of crema - See pictures. I had to check the date on the bag as with this much crema I assumed it was roasted very recently. All I could find was best used before 02/2020 which is this month. The 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta beans give a full bodied mouth feel. The roast gives it a well rounded taste not bitter. Works great as a cappuccino. The beans are not oily which would make them a good choice for a superautomatic that grinds/brews for you at the touch of a button. My Baratza grind setting is 13 and my ECM HX pulls this shot with no channeling. I posted a picture of the puck after pulling shot. I purchased 4 more bags.
