Does it work on Mac Pro ?

Dependant on the age of the machine, a pre trashcan mac pro 5,1 and earlier may work, if running el cap or later there will be support for nvme in the os. However you will not get the full performance potential of the card due to the older pcie standard and the machine will not boot from an nvme device. Current generation mac pro should work fine.
