Would they be good for doing planks in yoga or pilates? Or would they be uncomfortable?

So there is no answer to that, I like to use them but I have to friend's that find them uncomfortable but it did take me a few day to get use to them.

They are about 3, maybe 4 inches wide (10-12cm). They stretch a bit, so that may vary from wrist to wrist. I have very small wrists and have them wrapped almost double, so they don't stretch much on me
