I wish I could give this toner a million stars.This is worth EVERY CENT!! I have sensitive combination skin, and my skin soaks every ounce of this up. Hydrated, plump, and soothed! It’s helps me with my overall skin appearance. The mugwort has so many benefits for your skin, how could you not want to try it?I’m glad I did. I’ve used it for about 1yr 1/2 now and I’ve only switched toners once but quickly returned to good ole faithful!

If I could bathe in this stuff I would. I use it for everything all over my body. It leaves my skin so hydrated and calm. I have bad rosacea and especially during pregnancy it got worse. This never upset my skin! I love to use it and give myself a lymphatic drainage massage! It gives the perfect amount of slip. I hate using oils for that!

I have very sensitive, dehydrated skin and this product is the first thing I reach for when it starts to get red, hot and itchy. It is a no-frills essence that is just 3 ingredients: water, mugwort and a preservative, that’s it. I think that is why it is something that I can tolerate when my skin is so angry and inflamed. I use it every day now, even when my skin is calm and not irritated.It is a watery consistency that absorbs very quickly into the skin and feels very cooling and moisturizing on contact. For me, it is a great beginning step right after I cleanse that calms my skin and preps it for my serum and moisturizer. For the days when my skin is extra angry, I will put this on periodically through the day. I almost wish it came in a misting bottle for this purpose!This bottle will last you quite a while which makes is a great value for your money as well. I have used it at least once (usually two or three times) a day for the last month and I am not even a third of the way through it.The packaging overall is very nice. I love the weight and feel of the glass bottle (it makes me feel kinda bougie) but just be careful to keep it away from the edge of the sink as it will break if it drops!Overall, this has become a mainstay in my skincare routine and I would highly recommend it to anyone who has sensitive and/or irritated skin.

If you have ever eaten japanese yomogi mochi/daifuku you are already familiar with this scent, the closest western description I can come up with is an herbal-pine scent. I am very sensitive to scents/strong smells and similar tot the food , the essence smell is very subtle and very pleasant to put on the face. There is no stinging and the skin soaks it up without any lingering tackiness.I tried the travel/sample size --- love that more affordable option since shops via amazon mostly do not allow returns after trying as far as I know --- and really liked it. I am hoping this will help with my rosacea but haven't used it long enough nor exclusively to really know. That said, I enjoy it enough to continue with a the full sized bottle and give it a try.I first tried the rice series of this brand for my dry skin and hyperpigmentation issues and like it very much, as well.

Had this about a month. Used it a several times. I need more time to decide but so far its nice. Not drying and feels nice. I would say in short time it has calmed my skin a smidge...but its no quick turn miracle worker if that is what you are looking for.
