It was pretty expensive for the amount. The consistency was not to my liking either. It stays too hard.

Good taste but it could be a little more whipped

I was expecting a creamy honey. This is very hard. I like to add it to tea and oatmeal. Not bad tasting, just a disappointment.

I got this honey for my husband, who loves it. He says it reminds him of the honey he used to have as a child in England. It stands up much better than liquid honey and doesn't get sugar crystals, so it's definitely a winner and on my monthly subscribe and save list.

I've had whipped honey before and it was great -smooth, creamy, easy to work with. I bought this since it was the top seller and boy was I disappointed! It was massively crystallized, like trying to eat sand. I tried stirring it, but it just slogs around the jar in clumps. I bought it to do food styling, but it's ugly and impossible to work with. Even baking with it was a fail, it didn't mix well and the flavor was patchy; one bite wasn't sweet, the next bite was cloyingly sweet and unpleasantly gritty. I'm frustrated that I spent almost $10 on this jar and it's not good for anything! I took pictures to show just how gritty this was, it's gross. You can see just how crystallized it is on my fork. In the open har, you can see the sticky clumps of crystal blobiness Maybe I got a bad batch, but there should be some kind of quality control here. It's just like finding a 20 year old jar of honey in a long forgotten kitchen cupboard, being sold on Amazon. Not cool.

Very smooth and creamy. Excellent texture. Taste yummy on toast.

I thought it would be thicker. i can't spread it on anything.
