if used properly, this stuff seems magical. get at least two days of wear, but alleviated wrist pain when applied correctly. can be itchy and takes a bit to size, but great stuff if you need it temporarily or need to tape multiple people. if you have constant pain, ask a professional what's avail, LOTS of scrunchys

This works great as kinesiology tape - it did not irritate my skin, as some have in the past. It also works great as boob tape too!

I don't buy into the pseudoscience behind the way kinesiology tape "works" so I won't comment on any perceived pain relief/increased range of motion.However, I needed a tape that would stick to my skin for two days and through showering to help keep some medicated pads on my foot, and this tape worked pretty well for that.The tape is very sticky and held tight to the sole of my foot for as long as I needed it to. By the second day, the edges were starting peel up but the rest of the tape was stuck firmly on my skin. It wasn't so sticky that it hurt to remove but it definitely wasn't going anywhere without me intentionally peeling it off.My main gripe with the tape is that it is really difficult to cleanly cut with scissors. Since you aren't going to use an entire roll of tape at once, that's not good. It's almost like trying to cut duct tape but the good news is that once you get a cut started you can just tear the tape by hand. It doesn't look very neat, but it does work.Overall, if you're looking kinesiology tape then this one sticks pretty well and is reasonably priced.

They don’t stick for very long for me. Usually have to change daily and it is not great for skin to do that. But they do definitely help with pain and mobility.

So it totally works for what I use it for (belly tape during pregnancy)Only complaint is the residue & how hard it is to remove at times! I don't sweat so my body doesn't help it come off on its own so I find myself screeching removing it. Even with rubbing alcohol.But it is easy to use, you actually use less than you'd think! So go easy on the length used.

I needed a tape suitable for face taping, and I’m pleased with this one. It’s elastic and easy to stretch, yet it stays put. It’s also inexpensive and doesn’t irritate my skin.
