This is very well made, everything around it is fine...but in our case, it fit very loosely into our pump system. So I dried it off, carefully applied duct tape to make its output line fit tightly into the pump's inlet. Works perfectly.

We’ve had our zodiac ranger pool vacuum for about a year now and the flow valve that came with it is already broke and has always been hard to regulate and adjust to ensure the vacuum works properly. This one worked perfect straight out of the package, no adjustments needed. Will update again as time goes by regarding performance. Except price compared to manufacturer replacement.

The filter must be quite clean so the pump suction has to be strong...

This was a perfect replacement for the Zodiac Flow Keeper, mine broke after 2 months and Zodiac is delayed getting one in stock, so I tried this item.Zodiac item is $75, so I questioned this noname at $12.Turns out it has 6 settings instead of Zodiac with 3.Plug it in and our Ranger took off and started working super normal.

This product works great you can adjust it for flow which actually assist the cleaning device on the end of your hose , it works properly my pool is always clean, I get the most out of my device cleaning my pool now that I have this other device and it’s adjustable for flow adjustable suction power easy to install best bang for your buck yeah I gave this thing five stars... just an FYI it does have a flow direction to make it work correctly, thank you!!

For some reason my old one disappeared. This one works so much better. The spring tension is better. The old one I had never was quite right.

Sturdy and cheap!! fits exactly what broke from my MX6 for a 1/5th of the cost!! So happy! back to zooming around the pool!
