Van Fleet Alphabet Heads (Boxed Set): Alphabet; Heads

I love the Matthew Van Fleet books! Great sense of rhythm, cute pictures, and I love love love that there are more animals than the standard beasts we all know (e.g., 'P' is for Pangolin, which I had never heard of - turned into a lovely learning experience for my son and me).I'm also a speech therapist, and I will absolutely be using these for work once he grows out of them. He has liked them from 7 months through now, at 3 and a half, so they work on many levels - pretty pictures and moving, textural bits for a tiny baby who is just starting to be interested in books, simple phrases, letters, and interesting subject matter for an older toddler starting to read. Love.Also check out his books with the photos - I have bought CAT, DOG, and...I forget the name, my baby lovingly destroyed it, but the one about the farm animals.

My niece and nephew love these books but when I ordered the set for a gift, it had clearly been already read by a toddler who tore it a part, returned it, and the company resold it. On two different pages, the interactive parts had been torn and no longer worked.I am now returning the damaged book, but I hope it is not resold to you!

These are such awesome books. I have the whole series (we've previously purchased the Tails book) for my 17 month old and she absolutely loves them (she has ripped a couple of the moving parts out of the book, she that's to be expected). I hope Matthew Van Fleet comes out with more books! These are a more immersive multidimensional "touch, feel, smell" book than any of the other ones I've seen on the market.

The Van fleet books are a favorite for my 2 year old. She is learning a ton. Especially with the alphabet book and the construction is pretty good to hold up to the wear and tear of daily use. I have started to buy these as a standard birthday gift because they satisfy picky moms who want educational toys while making the kids really happy wih the interactive pages in the book.

These books are amazing. Found them after we bought "Munch". I didn't realize they were so large, but make nice collector's books for our shelves and story time is so much fun with them.

The alphabet book doesn't come with a pop up alphabet poster as advertised. It's just a flat/normal poster. If they reduced expenses by eliminating this component they should have reduced price as well...Other than that, delicate but very cool.

My daughter was given a few books at her 12 month child care appointment, and since she showed immense interest in those, keeping an eye on the future we invested in a library that could last for a few years and still remain relevant.My favourite feature of all Mathew Van Fleet books is there construction and ability to withstand toddlers hands. Both the books have multiple push in/pull out, lift the flaps and different textures. You can use these books in more ways then one. They are big though not huge so once opened end to end give fill the child's view with colours etc.The Alphabet book includes a Alphabet chart in the end.Would love to buy this as present for my nieces and nephews.

I ordered these for my 3 year olds birthday. I am so disappointed. The box was dented at the corners. And after taking off the 'protective' film, I found the books themselves also dented. Pages were dirty and the flaps appear used. The books look like they're second hand and well used. I am not impressed. Such a shame as these are lovely books. I would recommend the books as they're great, but I certainly wouldn't recommend buying them from this seller. For £30 I expect great quality books. These are not worth it in the condition I've received them

Arrived with the corners dented - so disappointing!!!! Books looks a bit grubby and not acceptable to me.
