I recieved this and it seems okay . They offer a free bottle with purchase so I thought that would help me decide if it's working after 2 bottles. I would then continue to buy it if it was working. The free bottle is a scam. When I went into the website to get my free bottle it wouldn't let me because it said I had made too many attempts to get a free bottle!! This was my first attempt so I really question the company if it's their way out of giving what they have listed on the bottle label for a free bottle. What else are they doing with this product as far as I ingredients also?!I'm tired of companies trying to get rich quick with lies. Who can we trust in our greedy world?!UpdateI finally got through on the website. I will see if they follow through. I don't know if the message I orginally received was to discourage going after the free product or???? I will update again.

I am not sure what this is...but it is NOTHING like the exact same Biotin drops I got from a different vendor. This is gritty and no matter how much I shake it up, it has hunks of something in it. It is purple (rather than white) and does not taste good. It almost feels like water with grit and flavoring. I am very disappointed. I absolutely loved the other Biotin drops I have gotten in the past. The bottle and label etc are all exactly the same but it is not the same product inside.

This product tastes good and it makes may hair thicker and stronger.

Well I kind of forgot to follow the directions buuuut with that said this is good. I noticed half an inch growth unless than three weeks. Will be buying again.
