This book is great, but it only works if you are 100% honest with yourself. If you go into this book and continue to lie to yourself you will not get anything from it, but that's the point. You need to take a hard look at yourself and you will start to notice negative patterns that affect your life and you can see how far back in your life those patterns go. Makes you realize pretty quickly that devil on your shoulder has been there all along negatively affecting your life for a long time.

Awesome concepts. Strangely I had recently done many of them before I got the book and I can confirm their effectiveness. About 1/2 through the book and anxious to continue following the plan.As a Christian who believes in the power of Christ through the Holy Spirit to change individuals, I can state that the principles in this book are not counter to the Christian faith as long as they are applied with that in mind.

One of the best books for self-knowledge and insights about yourself. Go slow and read it practicing all exercises. Indeed a life changer.
