Used this seed to reseed parts of lawn in shade. Side of box said you might see results in 7 days. My experience was about 10 days. As it is still growing I am unable to give any long term review but early indications are positive.

I had high hopes for this grass seed, but the results were just okay. The germination rate was decent, but it took longer than expected for the grass to fill in. Some areas grew well, while others remained patchy despite following the instructions carefully.On the positive side, the grass that did grow looks healthy and green. However, I had to overseed a couple of times to get better coverage. It might work better in ideal conditions, but for my lawn, the results were mixed.Overall, it’s not a bad product, but I was expecting better consistency for the price.

Great product, great value and easy to use. Took little longer than expected, 3 weeks from seeding to growth, but as soon as growth started it really kicked on. The lawn is much thinker and great coverage and greener.

After clearing brambles from our new home, our garden was left essentially barren. We have brought several of these boxes over the past year and the garden has transformed. After some of the reviews, I was concerned that the grass would not return the following year, but it continues to grow and is green and healthy. I highly recommend.
