SAFAVIEH Valencia Collection 9' x 12' Grey/Multi VAL108C Boho Chic Distressed Area Rug

I have this in my living room. Had it for about 1 1/2 years so far & the soft pile became mashed down in no time. Even after aggressive vacuuming, this is basically a flat rug with no pile at all.It IS still pretty, don't get me wrong, but it doesn't maintain that soft feel for long.

The color is a lot grey-er than it looks in the picture. This rug must’ve been rolled up tight for a very long time because it still has rolls that won’t flatten. Safavieh is one of my favorite brands. I’ll still buy this brand.

This rug is beautiful in person. It has many vibrant; yet subtle colors that will go with many options for decor. I had a previous shag rug that was so thick & plush the vacuum would get caught in it. This one is low pile, yet still soft to walk or set on. I bought an anti slip pad to go under it.

I now have 5 of this style savifeh rug, in different sizes and colors/patterns. They are great! They wear well, and stand up to the traffic of a busy family, the dogs, and the cats. The blue shows dirt more readily than the darker colored ones that I have, but did clean up nicely with a carpet cleaner.

I like this rug a lot. The colors are so nice. Unfortunately, the pile brushes only to one side so from one end you can see the colors and shapes, from the other end you can only see a kind of silver sheen. I’ve decided to keep it tho I’m storing it for another use. It doesn’t work in our entry hall. I am also disappointed in the quality a little. The ends aren’t sewn even and the sides are off a little. It’s more obvious on my floor because I have plank flooring so the lines show how it’s off.

This rug has no grip whatsoever on the back. After a couple close brushes with death, I took it off the floor until I can get a rug pad to keep it in place. If you plan on using it on anything other than maybe shag carpet, know you're going to need something to keep it from shooting you into next week.

Der Teppich gefiel zunächst sehr gut.Nach einigen Monaten und Staubsauger-Zyklen) verlor eher leider (zu schnell) die Farbintensität und verlor dadurch seinen eigentlichen, Optischen Reiz.Es war ein Versuch, aber wir vermuten, das der Preis und die Qualität bei Teppichen hier faireweise einfach mit bedacht werden sollten.Deshalb in der Gesamtbetrachtung nur (wohlwollende) drei Sterne.
