These were easy to use and the adhesion was very good. However after using them for quite some time, they would be exactly the same colour every morning so cannot see how they were actually doing anything. Certainly didn't help me sleep better and the migraines got worse rather than better.

Very easy to use. This last one I ordered seems to be stickier than last time and I don't need to wear socks with these as they stay in place no problem.

These type of pads do need you to wear socks to protect bedclothes- they stick well - improve sleep and I feel well when using them.

to much messing around putting powder on then sticking it to your footi wasted my money

easy to put together, but not sticky enough, they fell off half way through the night.

I use this product for health and muscle aches. It doesn't stick comes off easily very comfortable to wear.

First time using I tried with bare feet which wasn't very successful as I fidget alot so I decided to use tge pads whilst wearing my socks to bed worked a treat keep pads stuck to bottom of my feet all night:-) my sleep has improved massively
