Jabra BT2040 Bluetooth Headset

This is the second model of these i have bought and i have to say i love it,clear and loud enough for anything i have thrown at it so far.I suppose if you have your mobile glued to your head 24/7 (i.e. business or extreme socialising) then yes i suppose there may be a need for longer battery time , but in my humble opinion you get what you pay for. As it is only used when driving i cant comment on other situations (but as i carry my phone when not in the car i dont have a need for it at any other time or situation) so my batteries last long enough for me.Its light and functional and i give it a hearty thumbs up !!

I purchased this Jabra headset mainly because, it was advertised as never needing the battery charged. It lasted a week, and it went flat. i contacted the supplier who said i needed to replace the battery, (AAAA - never heard of this one before) I pointed out the advertising feature to them and they assured me that this was wrong, so I suggested they had mis-sold me this product - i.e. NOT AS DESCRIBED.I have even searched local shops and this size of battery is just not available

like your other reviewer I bought this thinking to be economical: it sort of works just pairs easily, but guess what no-one sells AAAA batteries commonly thats another Amazon sale, and the usual scam it seems to me of the batteries don't cost that much but the postage makes up for it. Even Argos does not sell AAAA batteries - avoid this and buy one thats rechargeable! later: changed car which is a simpler solution but even a newish Audi doesnt always work wirelessly with an iphone 4 == ??

The headset works great and the bluetooth range is great too.It picks up sound very good and clear. The only down points are the battery, AAAA is a hard to find battery and is strange that a headset was made with such a unusual battery.Finally, It has no voulme control for the sound out.

i got tempted to buy this due to the cheap cost, but realised it is rubbish. Call clarity seems ok, the major issue is the battery which is a AAAA. They are extremely rare to come across. and i am yet to come across the rechargeable versions. They die off every 3-7 hours use and u have to replace them. would have been much better if there was an internal battery which could be charged and re-charged many times like good old fashioned bluetooth headsets. Definitely never buying anything of the sort again

The earpiece easily seperates from the hook, and as i have found the hook is easily lost, also being battery opperated it connot be recharged while you are out and the battery ran flat far too early. I therefore did not like this product. Jabra bt2040 Bluetooth Headset

speedy delivery and not a bad product

I am really please with this headset, at first I thought this to cheap to be any good. The reseption is great and the battery life is as they say, I have replaced the battery yet. I like it that you can just replace the battery so if your out and the battery runs out you can by any AAA batteries, no fuss with having to wait till it is charge. Jabra BT2040 Bluetooth Headset
