Yes, as another reviewer said, it is big, but all good quality 10 keys are big. I don't find it any larger than the one I had so I am happy enough with the size. I really like the new and improved extra large display and the keys are much softer and the machine is much quieter. I'm happy with it. As for the difference between this one and the other one on desertcart that appears to be the exact same. Other than the price, I'm not sure what the difference is.
