Q: How do you remove the flow restrictor, can some one please post easy steps?

Proceed as previous posts detail, i.e remove screen and set aside, but instead of grinding away at the entire plastic flow reducer with a 1/4" bit I used a 3/16" bit and punched through the flow reducer diaphragm. There's much less debris. less chance of damaging the unit, and the flow and pressure are more than adequate.

The head does swivel a small amount. Due to the size of the head. I have it in a single inclosed shower and was able to get it pointed down enough for most. If you are 5 feet or shorter it might be spraying in your face in a small shower.

@Atlanta Jack, Plastic heads are known to break, especially at the swivel point. Metal ones tend to hold up much better. To the OP, you can see in the spec sheet below that the material is plastic (with metal finish options) and the country of origin is good ol' China...our new overlords.

I have the s-2005-hb, and I can only speak to the one I have. In looking them up online though, it looks as though the main difference is that the hb has a sort of lip around the shower head, whereas the h is a sleeker, unlipped model. I really do love the one I have, but I doubt you could go wrong with either model!
