Best Inversion Table for the Price!
After having a severe back problem (could barely walk) and seeing the many positive reviews on this Innova model, I purchased it. I also have a shoulder injury, so was somewhat compromised during the installation. It took me about two hours to install, but was worth it! The install manual was easy to follow. If you are a woman, I would recommend having your husband or boyfriend do the installation due to the heavier pieces. Or have it installed for the extra price. All the height adjustments are easy to use to match your height and can be adjusted for more than one person. After following the instructions and reading the reviews on using the table, I started feeling relief after the third day of use. I gradually increased the incline every other day after 10 minutes of use for each angle. After a week, I'm at 60 degrees and back to walking normally. I follow up every third day. I use my smartphone and eartbuds to listen to soothing music which makes time go by faster. I like the adjustable back massager as it helps to loosen the spine and uncompress the discs in the inverted positions. I'm in my late 70s and as we grow older and don't exercise every day, the back can be a problem. I didn't use the heating element as it got too hot for me. Plus the remote is easy to use too. I agree the leg supports are slightly uncomfortable at the steeper angles, but using athletic shoes or even moccasins with socks helps. Even with my shoulder injury, I can still lift myself back to the upright position. Maybe the only dislike is the fact storing it could be a problem, but the fact it folds up sure helps! I highly recommend this model as it worked really well for me. When you look at all the different similar products on Amazon including Mr. Teeter's product on TV, this product is well built for a reasonable and lower cost. My shoulder injury requires physical therapy and the table cannot fix that. Bottom line: thank you Innova!

well made.
I recently purchased the INNOVA ITM4800 inversion table, and I have to say—it’s been a game-changer for me. I have a cracked vertebra, and this table has helped tremendously in relieving pressure on my spine. The inversion feature works smoothly, and the added heat and massage functions are a fantastic bonus for muscle relaxation. The build quality is solid, and I feel completely secure while using it. The ankle support is comfortable, and the adjustments make it easy to find the perfect angle for relief. Setup took some time, but once assembled, it’s sturdy and reliable. If you’re dealing with back pain or spinal issues, I highly recommend this inversion table. It provides great support, effective pain relief, and a little extra comfort with the heat and massage features. Definitely worth the investment!

Great Table So Far- Sturdy as Heck
I bought this model after reviewing over 50 models in this space, including others by Innova. It appeared to have all of the basics of a good table along with a few extras, like the lunbar support and padded headrest. Installation: Installation took place across 2 days. In total it took about 90 minutes to completely put together unit. The instructions were (relatively) clear and all parts were properly labeled. TIP. If you can get a socket wrench instead of the included open ended wrench, that will save you some serious time . The parts were steel/metal, they appear sturdy and you really get the feeling you have a major piece of equipment on your hands. I moved it upstairs by myself (take off HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT extension before you move it if you have to move unit). TIP: When using be sure to do that whole CENTER OF GRAVITY thing by adjusting height to YOUR height. If you have multiple users, do not assume their height will work for you. The unit has markings for height. I would suggest to use 1-2 inches SHORTER than you actually are. That will allow you to EASILY decline AND incline back up to starting position. USE: The unit works in 30 degree, 45, 60, 75, and 85 degree increments with the ability to set angle before declining. You cannot set decline "on the fly" , neither would you want to. I have only used 30 and 45 degree angles and they work great for me. Anything else feels like you are completely upside down and is kind of uncomfortable for me. PROS: Sturdy unit that feels great at 'normal' angles. Relatively easy installation. Cons: The whole ANKLE thing. This unit has GREAT ankle holders which are padded, however, it is a BIT uncomfortable as you hang more than 65 degrees. I've tried a few units and there is no PERFECT ANKLE suspension technology . All units seem to tout some unique comfort in this area, but.. HANGING from your ankles is not the most comfortable situation, regardless of unit. Overall, great unit so far (I've had it about 2 weeks). It does what is being asked and feels very sturdy. The lunbar support is nice. I haven't (and won't) use the HEAT and vibration (its not a massage but just vibration). When I am on unit, I usually have on too many clothes to really feel heat or vibration.

It's helping my back, love the stretch, massager is nice on its own
Honestly, I find that I like this thing more than I expected. It had clear instructions to assemble in about an hour. Adjusting the height is a bit tricky, but don't worry if it isn't perfect.... you can assist with your hands using the rails easily enough. The ankle holder on this particular inversion table is ideal for me. Yes, it hurts your feet if you do it without shoes. However, with shoes on, I find it very comfortable. Moreover, the design allows you to invert on your back AND your stomach (the foam roller types might not). I don't care for the heat/vibration on the table, but I've found it to be terrific on my sofa. It's more powerful than expected, based on the number of complaints I read on here about it being "weak." Yes it just heats and vibrates, but it does that very well given the low price. I've been using this three times a day for about 10 days, and my recent back injury (that caused my first experience ever with sciatica - ouch!) is about 85% better already. I still feel the pinch on occasion, but I'm back to being able to sit while at the office, bend to pick things up, and generally function. In addition to the inversion (and heat/massage on my sofa), I also do basic back exercises and stretching twice a day. I'm hoping to be back to 100% within a couple weeks. Once healed, I still see myself using the inversion table as the stretch feels very nice. This was money well spent. Oh, there was one negative - the short handle to release the foot grips. As others mentioned, you have to contort yourself in half to reach it, which is terrible if you have a back injury. I just put a couple zipties together to make a strap I can pull on from a nearly upright position (see pic). Much better. Otherwise, no complaints.

Brings Balance
I purchased this almost a year ago. It came quickly and was not too difficult for me to assemble. I had to make a few adjustments, but was able to get it corrected. I have always wanted an inversion table, and this is wonderful. It is very well made, sturdy, comfortable and easy to use. I use it 3-5 time a week and have had no issues with it. The padding and the removable massager pillow are well made and not cheaply made. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats in the house so it sees many paws and is used as perch when I'm not using it. I worried the cats may claw it up, but there is no tearing or holes after 8 months. So if you are looking for an inversion table to help with posture, back problems or balance in your life, this is a very tiny price to invest VS chiropractic care at $100.00 per visit.

Great price for a quality product.
I have suffered from chronic back pain since my late twenties and am now 65. Lower back pain has been my issue most of the time but the last few years my neck has begun to give me severe pain also. Usually a chiropractic adjustment or deep tissue massage fix me up for a while until the next time I overdue the it. I've been looking to buy an inversion table for some time now but did not know what kind or how much to spend. I did some research and found a person who rated the top ten best inversion tables he tested. He rated this one #2 which surprised me because of the low cost. However it is well built and sturdy. It did take a little time to put together but that was not an issue for me. It will fold up so you can store but no way to fasten it into that position, nothing a few Velcro strips won't remedy. I found the Lombard massage and heat pad to be a definite plus that many more expensive models don't have. And by the way this pad is removable and can be used anywhere within 10 ft from an electrical outlet. It also has several massage settings. I have been using this inversion table for 4 days now and have noticed a definite reduction in pain. I can now sleep on my back for more than 15 minutes without my hands going numb and the sciatica and the neuropathy in my feet has been greatly reduced. I stand up a lot straighter now and my overall back pain is much lower. The key to success with this product is use it in short intervals but several sessions rather than visa versa. I am still at 45 degree inversion and this works for me. The important thing is to let your body tell you when you've had enough. Typically my limit is 5 to 10 minute per session. So far I am very happy with this table and would recommend it to others. It shipped via Fed X to my home in a timely manner in good condition.

Well built, good product.
Really good unit for the price. I say that because it is not the highest priced one out there. I have only used one other table before I got this one. Here are my impressions on the inversion table itself. I am not going to talk about inversion, you already know the benefits or you wouldn't be researching inversion tables. The table arrived ahead of the scheduled delivery date. The unit was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. All parts and instructions were in the box. The instructions were laid out well and had pictures as well as descriptions of what to do and when to do it. The hardware kit was laid out well with each group of bolts or related hardware in a bubble with the step number just under it so you knew what to use when. Nice idea!! The included tools are not great but more than adequate to assemble the table. The welds are decent, the finish is good, the pads feel well made. All in all, good quality. I have read others talk about how long it takes to assemble some of the other brands of inversion tables out there and the poor instructions and poor fitting parts. This tool me 1 hour and 10 minutes to assemble from unpacking the box to finished table. I took my time and was in no hurry. Assembly was easy and straight forward. All the parts were there and protected in the packaging very well. The inversion table is sturdy and I feel no play or uneasy feeling using it. Very sturdy when assembled. It is rated for 300 pounds and I weigh 200 pounds. The head cushion and lumbar pad are nice extras. The lumbar pad does massage and heat your lower back. This pad is adjustable up and down the table via Velcro straps. The power cord for the lumbar pad has a crazy long cord to plug into the wall, really nice so no extension cord needed. The height setting seems to be right on the money. I am 6' tall and the setting is 6' and it is right where it needs to be for balance. The ankle lock system works well and holds securely. Now my only flaw in the unit. It does fold up so you can store it in a smaller space, but it does not have a way to lock it when it is folded and is hard to keep it folded up and move it. This is a small issue for sure and for me, really a non issue as I don't plan on folding it up. Just wanted to mention it. A very good, stable, well built product that arrived fast and complete. Would buy it again.

Good quality and price but needs a different ankle design.
We received this product in just two days being a prime member. My husband and I went to several stores including Dicks Sporting Goods and Academy Sports to test out different inversion tables. We found a couple we liked for $199 but we have never owned one and didnt know if we wanted to spend hundreds of dollars. We came across this one with good reviews and a decent price. We decided to give it a try. Unboxing was easy. There wasn't an overwhelming amount of pieces to put together. The instructions were easy to read and even with the small cheap tools to tighten the bolts with it wasn't hard to put together. The table isn't very heavy, I can pick it up and move it alittle if I need. It has a pin you can pull out and the table will fold up for easy storage. It comes with a removable cushion head rest but I find it moves a lot when inverting so we don't use it. The main problem I have with this table is though it comes with the better ankle locks (instead of just the bar across) they are to high. They are above my ankles so when we lock them in and invert, our body slides down the table until my ankles/feet catch. This is a problem because when my legs slide and my feet finally catch it is not tight enough around my ankles. Also some of the more expensive ones come with a longer lever to lock your feet in so you don't have to bend over as much. I have been having some back problems, which is the reason for purchasing this table and it is alittle harder to bend all the way down to lock and unlock my feet. This table is able to be adjusted for your height which makes inverting very easy as well as different angles of degree. It also comes with a heat and back massage attachment but I have yet to try it out. Looks and feels nice. This is a good table, price, quality but needs the ankle locks moved down. I would even pay a little extra if it had a longer lever for locking your ankles.

Best product ever. Love it.
I suffer from low back sciatica pain. I tried another more expensive table belonging to a friend and determined I needed one. I was prepared to purchase the other model wanting quality but saw the innova table on the Amazon site for 1/3 the cost with free delivery. In addition it had the heated, vibrating lumbar support. Still skepticaI read the reviews. Most of a few hundred were 4 and 5. I figured it was worth a try. I was more than pleased. Putting it together was a bit tedious but the instructions were good and all the parts fit perfectly. It is solid and works perfectly. Best Buy ever. Thanks Amazon. Love love love the lumbar support and was pleased to see it is not battery powered. Use it every time. Several times a day. It works for me!!

Inversion helped relieve extra pain caused by assembling this table :)
Over all so far so good & satisfied. May update after longer use. My first session was painful, but probably because I had aggravated my back pain while assembling this thing. I had to put pillow being spine to keep the curvature from flattening (that flattening was making the pain worse). They must include a removable lumbar curve support (vibrator is NOT thick enough to support lumbar curvature). After a few more 2 min sessions the next day, spine did feel relieved. I still have to see any effects on reliving pressure from nerve roots. Probably too early to comment on that. But I just say, after every session (2min to 5min), back-bone does feel relieved of the pressure and pain seems to have reduced. Ankle holder release pin is short in Canadian version (as indicated in their image description as well). Why we don't get the longer pin like American version? Are Canadian backs any less valuable than American backs!! Why do Canadians have to bend more to release ankle clamps :) Despite having video instructions by a YT user, it took me 90min to assemble. Had I just followed written instructions, it will easily take 3hr to assemble. And if you have back pain, like I did. Better have someone else help you assemble it. Paint on bars on ankle holders was scratched while assembling, no easy way to remove the ankle pad without scratching the paint! I like the vibrator concept, BUT it's not cushioned with enough thickness to come in good contact with curve of the back. Despite that my spine feels some vibration & vibration helps. It's not a massager though, just a strong vibrator. Also I couldn't feel any noticeable heat when turned the heat on! Ankle pads are little small for a large person (200lbs+). Edge of ankle pad digs into bones of feet a bit (for a 200lbs+ person). Wearing ankle covering shoes may help reduce the digging.

Maravillosa!!!!
Maravillosa!!!!!!!
