Great accessory
The mats in my truck were constantly being pushed forward. I got these and the issue was instantly resolved. They do require a bit of work to install but overall it’s very easy and fast.

Great product
My car mats ring ribbed out of my car mat a year ago and ever since then I have been looking for something to hold my car mat in place. I have tried double sided tape and that didn't last. I seen this and thought I would give it a try. This is the best product if you are tired of your car mat moving all the time. I have had this for a few days now and already going to get another set for my son's car. It stays firmly in place and easy to install. I would definitely recommend this product. 5 stars

Works Great
These are a fantastic way to keep those floor mats in place. They little pierced hooks that stick into the carpet broke after only a week, but the manufacturer conveniently but holes on the little “arms”. Threw some 3/4” wood screws in and it’s been solid for over 2 months now in my daily.Even with the broken tabs, still worth the money.

replaced Tesla S non-functional matt attachments
Upgraded my friend's Tesla S with these because the cheap parts that came with the car quit working several years ago and caused a dangerous situation. Then Tesla service wanted a completely ridiculous amount of money to replace the originals with the same again, which never worked right to begin with. Don't get me started on Tesla service and reliability.

Great idea, poor implementation
****UpdateThe company reached out and sent a new set of anchors. Unfortunately, 3 of the 4 still broke at install. I didnt attempt the 4th as 1 anchor on the side is useless, if it would have actually worked.Used a pick to premake the holes in the floor of my truck, rubber mallet to tap into place, still broke the spurs and 2 of the arms on each anchor.Updating to 4 stars for the effort, product still not a fit for me or my vehicle. So I have holes in my $200.00 floor mats that still slide around as they did without the holes. Maybe Toyota just doesnt have enough backing for something like this to work. I could hear the spurs hitting metal and breaking as I was tapping them into place.**********Could be me, could be my vehicle, but these simply do not work. I tried the stomp method, they broke, I used a soft rubber mallet, they broke. I was able to salvage 2 of the 4 claws enough to finish the work, but they are both minus 2 arms and the nut does not secure into them.Maybe if they werent entirely plastic they would work better. Maybe like a thin metal arm with a polymer claw would work better.1 star because you cannot give 0 and 1 star for being American made. If they were $5 or $10 easily a 4 star product, but not at this pricepoint.

I wanted these to work.
I really wanted these to work, but the tips bent and rendered useless after trying to install. When you take the Eagle Claw out of the package they seem to be well made and comes with an instruction sheet, the 'claw', little bolt and a washer that may/may not be used depending upon your purpose. I was installing in a 2006 Pontiac Vibe and using factory floor mats. I was excited because the Vibe already has holes/grommets in their drivers side mat along with hooks that were attached to the carpet. Great setup for about 2 1/2 years until holes widened a bit and the clip harness kept popping out. I stumbled upon these and thought - 'These definitely look like they'll work.'The good news was that the bolt was able to go through the factory mats holes and the 'claw' attached quickly and easily to the bolt. Bolt top does have a slot for tightening and easily done with a coin In my case handily available in my change compartment. The bad: per instruction, I put both claws on my mat, standing outside of the car I placed the mat in it's spot and positioned. I then got in the Drivers seat careful not to touch the claw or move the mat. I then took my right heel and pressed down on the right/inner claw. At first I didn't feel anything and then pressed harder and then I felt a little give.Great! it was seated. Did the same with my left foot, but this side didn't engage. I gently lifted the mat and the left side wasn't attached and the right side easily retracted with what I could tell was 1, maybe 2 of the claws engaged.I took a closer look and noted right away that several of the claws had bent inward and ready to fall off. I repeated the steps but had no luck only bending several more of the claws rendering the product useless. This is a cheap enough item, but frustrating that it didn't work. Oh, because of the factory hole for the previous hook I could feel that there was ~1/4" of padding underneath. Maybe this isn't enough for this product to work. Maybe I missed a note stating that you needed more padding. For the sub 10buck price this may be worth a shot for holding down your mat, unfortunately in my instance it did not work. I did not bother to contact the manufacturer about replacement, even though I felt that I attempted to install per directions.*** If I had to do it all over again I probably would have tried the alternate install option with a hammer. Line up product, hold in place, remove bolts, lift up mat, reattach bolts while keeping claw in place and then hammer middle and then each spline. I dunno, just thinking outside of the box.

Holds Mats in Place
Perfect, Highly Recommended. Holds the Mat in Place. Some inaccurate reviews show that the item will not poke through the carpet: 1) Place the item on the carpet 2) Tap down with a mallet to create impressions in the carpet 3) Simply take an awl/punch and pre-punch the holes in the impressions you just created. Bazinga - now the item will tap down into place with ease!

No more bunched up floor mat
Easy to install. However cutter did not work for me. Had to use carpet knife that I had. When measuring, make sure prongs get placed on soft area. So if soft area is 2” from edge, go in 3”. I did not and one side didn’t catch as well. Still works great though!

They work!
Definitely works, securely fastens mats. Tip - the securing points/holes for the weather tech mats I have (2011 bmw 3 series) are very thick. The Klaw bolts were not quite long enough, and I didn't want to modify/shave down the Wtech mounting points. Discovered the plastic bolts that come with toilet seats (hinge bolts) are a perfect fit. I used a hacksaw to cut the bolts to the desired length, and a black sharpie to 'paint' the bolts. Eazy peazy!

Finally a decent solution to stop my damn mats moving!
Every time I'd get in or out of my Mini Cooper S (R53) my driver’s mat would move - generally up and under a pedal, and they're not an easy mat to move without getting out of the car, repositioning it, etc. It's a small thing, maybe a first world problem, but it actually diminished my enjoyment of the car. Note too we're talking about factory mats with the useless BMW Velcro fasteners. The Eagle Klaws weren't cheap to Australia, but they work very, very well. Just make sure you follow the instructions regarding placement of the claws into an area of the carpet that's clear of the underside of the car - watch the install video on their YouTube channel. I also pressed the claws down with my hand rather than stomping on them - I was paranoid about breaking a prong on the claw (though I must say they're made of a strong plastic). EDIT: I tried the rear ones I was yet to install in my Wife's Festiva - the carpet isn't sufficiently thick enough anywhere for these to work, so YMMV depending on your car. I did put a lot of pressure on the claws though trying to get them to penetrate the carpet and they still didn't break!Once installed they look factory, the mats don't move at all, and they're easy to remove for cleaning under with just coin. They’re not a cheap solution here in Oz, but I'll be using them where necessary in future for any vehicles I have without mat retention clips (or with crappy ones). If you own a BMW / Mini - this is the answer to your mat movement issues!
