GN Netcom - Headset battery 14151-02

When I originally purchased three GN 9350s (over 3 years ago), I bought it from another company which was not Jabra. The sales person told me that the only downside to it was that it did not have a replaceable battery. When the phones started acting up, I did call Jabra, and found out from their customer support that you CAN replace the battery. I immediately ordered three. I could only get 2 from Amazon.com, and the other had to come from ReStokIt. The batteries were exactly the same. The Amazon order arrived 2 days prior to the order from ReStokIt. I was concerned because the battery was only wrapped in a little bit of bubble wrap, and then in a 9X13 slightly padded envelope, but it was fine.

I use this in GN9350. Depending on talk time it does not last more than 8 hours, so I keep a spare charged and hot-swap during call.This battery needs to be replaced after about a year of usage and I have purchased several of these over the years.Recommend getting the 9300 spare battery kit first so you can keep an extra battery charged-up.  Gn 9300 Spare Battery Kit

So-so, doesn't hold a charge like a new one that comes with the unit. I'd give it 2.5 stars because it does work but runs down quickly.

I love my GN9350 headset. I work at home most of the time, and the wireless headset frees to me to pace, get a cup of coffee, pace some more, fold the laundry, pace some more, while continuing to do business. About once a year I've had to replace the battery, but it's well worth it to me.

There is not too much you can say about a replacement battery. My headset was starting to fail, so I ordered this battery and hoped for the best. Installation was a breeze, the battery is contained in a whole new earpiece. I slipped off the foam earcushion, slid the old earpiece/battery off, slid the new one into place, put the foam earcushion back on and I was in business, good as new.If your headset is pausing for a few seconds before kicking in, your battery is shot and no longer charging fully. If that is the case, this battery will solve your problem.

Died after a few months of use.

Exactly what I needed to make my 5 year old GN9330 head set work again. Easy install after watching the Youtube video others referenced and once I figured out how to get the ear piece off. Hope it lasts a long time.

This battery worked perfectly in my Jabra GN9350 - one key thing to remember is that you need to press the pair button on the base of the headset stand to get it to recognize the battery - it wasn't too clear in the instruction manual. The button looks like two little arrows - > <
