Pillivuyt SAS has been producing fine culinary porcelain in the heart of France for nearly two centuries. Founded by the Pillivuy family in 1818, the factory is now employee owned and operated near the town of Mehun-sur-Yevre. Pillivuyt tradition of craftmanship has been carried out by artisans for years. Pillenium 3 in. is a new porcelain compound with an additional ingredient that allows to produce items with thinner walls without compromising the strength of the dish. The thinner walls enhance the products excellent heat conduction properties and create a more elegant-looking dish as well.
