Bought to speed up prep time for a couple of dishes that needed a lot of garlic and ginger. My surprise was there was no drop off in quality from the fresh ingredients I would normally prepare. I did not have to give up flavor or freshness and sped up recipe prep. Recommended.

I marinate my chicken for Indian dishes in a garlic ginger paste overnight. I could no longer get the paste locally, so I tried the Rani Ginger Garlic Cooking Past. Delicious and a perfect balance between garlic and ginger. I wish it was available in a larger jar, as I use quite a bit of this stuff. Definitely recommend.

This smells and tastes so good!! I’ve used this for several recipes and will always have this in my house. Excellent quality.

I love this paste and use it ALL the time. The box always comes packed well and very protected, but this time it didn't do the trick. Had to throw the whole thing away - I was so bummed!

Cooking.

Not sure if it was just the jar I got, but the paint on the inside of the lid is coming off and it has a metallic smell. We just opened it, expiration date is 2027. Black oozing stuff all around the rim, we cannot use it. Unfortunately the return window already closed so was a complete waste of money.
