It is way to take.

My husband uses these to help regulate his mental tension. We don't know if its just siking himself into thinking it works or what but when he runs out his mornings tend to get stressful and antsy. When he has it things definitely easier to manage.

I like that it is a homeopathic supplement. Not a narcotic. I shattered my heel and fibula. This product is used for bone trauma and fractures. I honestly don't know if it is helping or not but it seems to take the edge off the pain and I'm healing as expected

I am a 53 year old male and I took this product in an attempt to build bone density. I was diagnosed with low bone density 2 years ago. I was just shy of having osteoporosis (vertebrae T score of -2.4). The first year I used several natural bone building supplements and my T score just held steady. The second year I added this and added more K2. I just had my Dexa test today and I went from -2.4 to -1.8 on my T score. That was an 8.5 % improvement! I plan to keep supplementing this same way for another year and see if I get great results again in a year.Update at age 57…I have adjusted my supplement plan yearly and by doing so I realized that this product was not providing the great results I thought it was. I now believe it was the addition of type 3 Collagen that appears to have bumped my results to the next level. I have just recently stopped using this product, if I determine that it adversely affected my results, I will try to update that information on my next post.
