I wasn’t crazy about this at first. I actually wanted to send it back but it was passed the one month mark so I replaced the plug in’s and decided to keep trying it. I have 1 cat out of 5 who is really mean. I foster little kittens and he hates them all. He hisses, moans, growls, and even hits them with his paw. After about the 5th week I saw a change I never thought I would see in him. He is now eating from the same dish as the kitties and playing with them (sometimes a little too hard) but not too bad and he is licking them. I am so impressed with this and I do recommend this if you have a mean cat. I had 3 plugged in at first now just 2. Very happy with the results.

I bought this in sheer desperation after a cross-country move with my cat. He’s generally a pretty friendly guy and had never peed on anything before. We moved into a new house and he was clearly super anxious and withdrawn, not eating well, very jumpy. I tried calming treats, keeping him in his own room with his toys and bed at first, everything. Nothing worked. I bought these diffusers after his second time peeing in and destroying a $300 suitcase in one week. Plugged them in, didn’t expect much. Within about a half hour he came out to hang out with us and within the same day he was back to his old self. Ate all his dinner, started socializing with us again, and has not peed on anything since. They may not work for all cats, but definitely worth a shot if you’re at your wit’s end like I was. I wish they had a version of this for humans, lol.

I think this has been helpful in acclimating kittens with our senior cats. It absolutely leaves an oil film above where it sprays. I would recommend as I think it’s been helpful in keeping the peace.

The product is great and it’s a great idea and hopeful remedy. However, 3/6 vials/refills came leaking and covered in oily substance when I opened the package. Wasn’t the worst to wipe them off and plug those in but I could see there was a visible difference in the amt in the ones that had leaked versus the ones that didn’t. Not sure how they can fix that but it’s definitely disappointing especially for a $70 product.

I got a new-to-me 11 yr old kitty, her prior Grandmama also gifted me with the can of spray by Comfort Zone. That spray truly helped kitty adjust more calmly into her new home.Each and every time I sprayed it she would calm down and purr and you could see the content in her eyes. And I could smell it every single time. Unfortunately, it wears off within 4 or 5 hours; and it makes the situation rebound where she's nervous and skittish again. I knew I needed something longer term and the diffuser sounded like an awesome idea. Sold by Fanny Gifts. Ordered 11.04.22 These 2 diffusers were placed approx 20 ft apart, one in the small bedroom and one down the hall.1) These diffusers barely have a scent like the spray, allllmost nothing, to be exact. I SHOULD smell something similar to the single can spray, even slightly. Nope.2) Neither cat reacts to them, notices, or investigates.3) It has been almost 2 weeks, and no change in their behaviour. The hissing aggression continues, until I use the individual spray.4) I bought a different brand of individual spray, it has far less scent; but, still works far better than these dual diffusers. ... Lasts far less than 4-5 hours to make it through the night, though.5) Purchased two other high priced name brand diffusers, and in 24 hours they are far more calm. I sense they will Finally learn to live together. (Will update soon.)Ultimately, I do not understand how the two diffusers aren't the same scent or behavior reaction as the single can spray I received. The only thing I can surmise is that maybe it's watered down or old or some other something something I don't know.I'm still learning about using pheromones, but, the partially used can of spray of this same name brand Truly Does work. Somehow, the diffusers do not.Edited: 12.01.22. One of the units blew my outlet reset. The unit looks fine, unit was warm.... but somehow, it popped.The 2nd unit is still trying, but, ultimately....it is not helping the cats coexist. Will remove and toss for fire safety.

These are very expensive. It’s nice to have the ability to have refills on hand plus the hardware.

I've only had this product for a bout 2 weeks and what a difference in my cats behavior! I have a deaf cat that was constantly peeing outside the litter box to the point that I had pee pads down for him to use. Since using these plug ins, he is using the litter box again, has stopped pulling his hair out and excessively grooming! My other cat has calmed down considerably and is no longer constantly wanting to rumble. I would definitely recommend this product!

I’ve got a cat who wants to be the one and only - after trying everything else from Fera calming powder to the squirt bottle I hoped this would be the answer. It’s not. It’s ineffective with my cat. I know it has some mild effect on him. Just not enough. Not nearly as pronounced as the all the ads. I’m sure on some cats ( just cat nip , loved by some - others not so much ) it has the calming effect desired. I have a most unusual case. If I didn’t know better I’d say he behaves like a bengal cat or Manx. He was definitely smelling something and it lasted about 24 hrs. And poof! Right back to his jealous almost narcissistic self. He’s just too high energy , and imprinted on me.

One of our cats was spraying in the house (have 3 males so territory wars) and after using this product for a few weeks, I noticed a significant change in their behavior towards each other as well as a significant decrease in spraying incidents.

Tenía muchas esperanzas pero no funcionó el producto. Además, la caja venía medio abierta y el líquido del difusor escurría. Una vez que lo conecte esperé varias horas... llegué a pensar que debía esperar días para notar algún cambio, pero no pasó nada. ¡No lo recomiendo!... me parece que pagué por nada. Un producto de mala calidad desde el empaque hasta el supuesto efecto que debía generar.

This is an amazing product that really works. We have a female cat in our household. Recently, we had our family visit us. They brought with them 2 male cats and a Golden retriever. Prior to their visit, we purchased Comfort Zone Multi-Cat defuser. Three days prior to the visit, we plugged the two defusers in our living room and in the upstairs area. As soon as the new pets arrived, they acted very happily. The two cats were running around the entire house freely and did not display any fear or anxiety. They were rubbing themselves on the surfaces and were happy with us petting them. They were even asking for belly rubs. One of the cats is usually very skittish and runs away and hides a lot but when he arrived here, he was a totally different cat. Even his owner said, wow, he must really be reacting to the pheromones.Our female cat was a bit scared of the two new cats and a big dog, but after two full days of avoiding them, she finally relaxed. Now she plays with the two cats and hangs around the dog with no problems. We made sure that if it ever looked like the cats might get into a bit of a conflict, that we would separate them and give them some time to chill. We are very impressed with this product. I can imagine that it would be hard adding just one extra cat into the household. With this product, we were able to add two cats and a big dog without any problems. 0 stars (not that can give less than 1).After a bit of research i settled on trying this for my cats anxiety. 1 wick was already damaged but as was unsure if was ment to look like that or not i tryed it while keep an eye on it. Instand buring plastic smell and alot of smoke. Removed it amd found wick had melted. Set it aside and tested the 2nd bottle and holder, seemed ok at first but within a few seconds smelt the same burning smell so unplugged it. The wick on 2nd bottle not melted but did get very hot.Luckly amazon gave full refund, and once everything has fully cooled down i will bin.
