Q: Is there a weight limit on the cushion that would end up crushing the cushion as the product would be used frequently?

Our Everlasting Comfort Wheelchair Seat Cushion is designed to regain its shape after each use. There is no specific weight limit for this product.

Q: How soft is this cushion? I bought a seat cushion once, and it was rock hard. Also, does it get stiff in colder temperature?

Let me try to help by saying that I bought 2. One for the office chair and it’s not stiff nor hard, it’s for a male 6’4 280lbs that has complimented how he likes the cushion. Second, the other is used in a different setting daily where’s that female has had back and tailbone injuries but finds the cushion excellent for her. Neither person thinks it’s stiff, nor too soft but supportive. Thank you. Enjoy.

Q: Can you turn this back to front to make sure it is evenly distributed?

The back is slightly curved on the sides and then straight across. The front is straight. I find it to be very supportive and comfortable. I also have the Everlasting Comfort lumbar support pillow. I recommend them both.

Q: Is it possible to get an additional seat cover?

Unfortunately we do not offer covers separately as our Everlasting Comfort Wheelchair Seat Cushion is only sold as a completely unit.
