Even though this supplement is expensive, it is worth it's price in gold!! I have many friends going through menopause and they all have horrible symtoms; hot flashes being the most common complaint. The only time I have experienced any menopause symptoms was the one time I forgot my monthly reorder and boy did I regret that!! It was awful!! Hot flashes all day and night!! Try this product is all I can say!!
