Wonderfully Aromatic
White Truffle infused Oil by Ranieri- 8.5 oz is quite good and wonderfully aromatic. It is delicious drizzled lightly over roasted potatoes and grilled vegetables. I loved the incredible effect it had on scrambled eggs. Since experimenting in the kitchen is a passion of mine I will continue to search for many more recipes using this amazing oil!

No Truffle scent or flavor. avoid
arrived earlier today. i was going too use it for a few things for thanksgiving. once i opened the bottle, i noticed no scent. i knew right away there would be little or no flavor. tasted the oil alone on a spoon, about 2-3 drops. just olive oil, no truffle flavor.

it is good
it tastes good but it is a lighter truffle taste than the last brand i tried. not bad at all, just different than the last one. i will definately use it (i love it on popcorn with fresh parm and salt...yum)

Wonderful!
We use a lot of truffle oil. This one has a nice smooth flavor! Great on pizza crust or with fresh bread!

I did not like it.
This is the 1st bottle of truffle oil I've ever bough & I did not like it. It smells & tastes very unnaturally & chemically. I realize that all truffle oil is made through a chemical reaction, it doesn't have real truffles in it, due to cost, but this tastes & smells too chemically for me. I tried it on popcorn w/ shaved parm. cheese, & I tried mixing w/ olive oil (to dilute it) & dipping bread in it. that was a bit better but I'm getting rid of it, I do not want to use the rest of it.

unique new flavor
This is the first time I've tried Truffle oil. I'm quite impressed. It has a unique flavor that adds a great taste to many dishes. I'm still experimenting with different dishes but my favorite so far is on "Capresse salad" that extra flavor is amazing. If you haven't used it before be aware it takes a Very Little amount to add flavor. Too much can ruin a dish.
