Fan-Freaking-Tastic
I really LOVED this book! So much great insight and a very quick read for those looking to get started with the AIP. Plus, I love all the other tips outside of dietary changes. Too many protocols focus solely on diet and completely ignore stress, exercise, sleep and other factors that contribute to inflammation and weight gain.The only critique I do have is that it recommended for men to increase their calorie intake depending on their size without making the same suggestion for women and men to do the same depending on their activity level. I see that as a missed opportunity to have an informed conversation about why some people would require more calories than others.

GREAT if you like all Mexican food!
I thought this would have some everyday recipes in it, but they were mostly Mexican food. I like Mexican food, but I am also feeding my 96 year old Mom and my husband! MExican food is something we have about once a month. Not every day!

Excellent cookbook
I've been using this book for over a month. The recipes are very good, easy to make, and easy to find the ingredients.

Diet does work.
Awsome. I read this book in one night. I was learning so much i could not put it down. 3 days on this diet i already see the difference.

Informative
Not much of anything we don't already know -- SUGAR IS EVIL! But it is good information and good to have on hand to review and remind ourselves that we do have more control over our health than we think.

Healing food facts
It is a really good book, so much so my girlfriend snatched it from me. She said this is what I've been needing !!!!Now i have to buy another one.
