The drawer is 8"X9". It's rather small. It will not hold a notebook size piece of paper or full length mail. I use it to hold my house keys and car fob.

Is the molding on the top/back removable?

The wood trim on the top of the plant stand is a glued on piece attached to the table top. If it were removed. it would leave an unstained area.For me, it was the piece that provided design and character to the corner table.

What is the width of the front of the table?

The width from corner to corner you need 22 inches for it to fit into a corner. It is 14inches from the center of the top to the front edge of the table. Very well made and looks way more expensive than the price. A good piece of furniture. Hope this helps, love mine.

Are the "back" sides finished (the sides that would be against walls if it were placed in a corner)?
