I highly recommend Review: Beautiful results but difficult to get them - I have a Big Shot Express (electric) and it was a pain trying to figure the sandwiches in order to get this 3D embossing folder through the machine. First try jammed it but it did come out, s-l-o-w-l-y. I have read that misting the cardstock before helps with the embossing and I’ll vouch for that. I tried it with and without the misting and the results are much prettier when misted.
