Nova Nutritions Vitamin K2 MK7 100 mcg 120 Veggie Capsules

I have been taking there for a few months now [I have taken other brands in the past]. I bought these at a great price & they are easy to swallow & are not man made synthetic K2! I have a issue with calcium build up in my heart & artery's , I guess I won't really no if they are helping until my next MRI to check my calcium deposits , I also take 2000 iu of D3 along with these. I will post more after my next Cardiologist visit , I am hoping for a good report or at least not worse then the last one.

Product seems fine. Dont notice any difference taking it, had just read info on needing K-2 MK7 for vit D absorption. But its funny that so many Vit D products dont have this, or the right form of MK-7, so have to buy separate. Many docs say you dont need to take along with, so I dont know.

Great product to go along with my vitamin D3. Doctor advised that if I'm taking D3 and should also be taking K2 in order for it to be absorbed. Seems to be working great. I have no complaints or any side effects. I order these over and over again. Wish they came in a larger quantity though.

I love this. Get your Vitamin d3 right. Very important when taking d3 at 5,000 or higher doses. I feel the difference in strength and stamina. Mostly after all the snow shoveling this past winter. My wrists and hands hurt before taking this. I'm only 35. So I can imagine how frustrating it is to have aches and pains not felt before.

It seems fine, I'll know more when I have my next check-up.

I take K-2 for bone health and have been using these for a couple of years. They are the best I've found. Best price and easy to swallow.

I believe this product to make bones stronger. Comes on time and is authenic.

History of heart disease. Read that K2 reduces plaque on artery walls. Won't know if it actually works until angiogram is performed.
