Last time I replaced the doorknobs in my house was a decade or more ago, when I wanted to get rid of the cheap standard round ones the home builder used when they built this spec house I purchased over 20 years ago. I didn't need anything special so I just got some inexpensive silver lever ones, curved. And they were OK, but a few just never moved smoothly, and a week or two ago the one for the front coat closet broke and wouldn't engage anymore. I could move the lever up or down and it did nothing. Since it opened outward there was no easy way to pop the latch from outside. I ended up having to use a hammer and drill and eventually got things going, since even removing the hinge pins didn't give me enough wiggle room to pull it open from that end, it was too well fitted to the frame. I saw these, liked the simplicity and the color. Sure, they're another set that's not expensive, but the feel and function is still light years past what they replaced. So I used these on every single interior door, a mix of passage and privacy ones. Fit great, every one is smooth to work, and all the hardware fit everywhere. For the price, outstanding.

We bought these as the ones that came with our house are already looking the paint and the house is only 4yo. Put these on a couple months ago and we really like them. The look great and are a solid handle. We will slowly be doing every handle in this house

Exactly what I needed

So far so good! We bought our first house and all the door knobs use to be “old shiny gold”. What a change! Looks sturdy, nice black matte finishing and super easy to install. We bought passage and lock and all of them fitted and worked perfectly.

Arrived very fast. bought it for a closet that’s in the bathroom and it installed easily. It perfectly appears to be good quality. I did not buy the locking mechanism one as it’s on a closet. I’m hoping the durability holds. It appears very classy.
