The best LED/Halogen lights out there !
I have been using LED light bulbs for several years from a range of manufacturers with varying results and reliability. I have tried all the various LED light spectrum options available from "warm" to "neutral" to "cool white" to "daylight".In my personal experience, I would always go for the 6500K daylight LED bulbs. Not the warm, neutral, cool white light or 6000K light options since these all tend to produce a much poorer quality of light than the 6500K daylight option. Please bear in mind that just like with any LED TV, the quality of the light produced by an LED bulb even with a 6500K specification will vary from LED bulb manufacturer to manufacturer.I purchased these LVWIT LED bulbs after reading the Amazon UK reviews. I found that the Energizer LED bulbs that I had previously purchased produced a very uncomfortable, dazzling, cool white light. The quality of the light from the Energizer LED bulbs was simply too uncomfortable to tolerate on a day to day basis. However, these Energizer LED bulbs are of good quality and they are the standard size of a halogen light bulb. The LVWIT LED bulbs that I purchased were the equivalent of 120 watts which is a real world electricity consumption of only 18 watts per bulb. Please bear in mind that a 1 KWH of electricity is 1000 watts.1 KWH unit currently costs around 18 - 20 pence per KWH unit.Initially, a 120 watt equivalent LED light bulb would seem to be far too bright, however, the points to bear in mind when buying LED bulbs are:-(1) The Lumens number - Lumens are the unit of measurement used to measure the amount of visible light from a lamp or other light source to the human eye - the higher the Lumens number, the brighter the light will appear.(2) The quality of the light produced by the individual LED bulb rather than the equivalent wattage output number e.g.the equivalent of 120 watts output but actual electricity consumption only 18 watts. My first impressions when these LVWIT LED bulbs arrived was that they were a substantially larger "Golf Ball" design than the Energizer LED bulbs that they were replacing. However, when I fitted them and switched them on - WOW ! The sheer quality of the light was just simply superb. Very bright but not dazzling and very clear. The intensity of the light is very comfortable to live with on a day to day basis. Just high quality, flicker free, useful, clean light. Instantly available with no background buzzing or noise from the LED bulb. Ideal for reading, studying or for just using your computer.I am now more than 60 years old, so I need much more bright, clean light than I used to in order to read and safely get about and these LED bulbs just fit the bill perfectly. These LVWIT LED daylight 6500K bulbs are definitely the way to go ! Highly recommended.

Superb, clear, blanced daylight white light. Perfect!
I was hesitant to buy these, having suffered through multiple brands and colour temperature LED bulbs over the last few years. I'm so glad I tried them! The colour is perfectly balanced - a nice, extremely bright, neutral daylight white. Not blueish, not yellowish, but clinical/commercial white. It's like being in a hospital theatre or Apple store.Very, very clean light and lots of it (1,900l). My wife has vision difficulties, and she can see so much clearer now. Everyone in the house seems more energetic and cheerier, too - no more winter blues. It's amazing the difference it makes, and you have to experience it to fully realise how much better they are. We swapped back out one of the bulbs for our previous warm white as a test, and it was horrible! Dirty, dingy, dull yellow in comparison... It didn't stay on long. We would never buy a different bulb again. Highly recommended.Edit: Two and a quarter years later, and still perfect. Not a single bulb has blown, and they're still putting out the same clear intense light as day 1. It's safe to say I can now also attest to the quality and longevity of these bulbs, they've vastly outlived even mainstream brands I've tried in the past. I wouldn't buy another brand again.

Very bright, it's like night and day!
My partner bought a box of these and I actually asked him for the link, because his living room was so much brighter. It really helps both of us feel more awake and perky, especially through those dark winter days.I'd recommend swapping to a warmer toned lamp in the evening, but if you feel like you need waking up in the winter, or you do arts and crafts a lot and want a bright working space I highly recommend these. I've bought enough for every room in my house!(Picture: the room on the left has the bright bulb in it, the room on the right my previous brand - no contest!)

Excellent for kitchens where you need to see dirt to ensure very clean
These were purchased by me as my existing daylight bulb wasn't bright enough.I need to be sure I've cleaned the kitchen and also to check ingredients are free of debris when purchased. This bulb is excellent at revealing all. It's a very very cold bright white. Unlike the daylight bulb which though was fairly bright, was a bit warmer. They are 16 watts and said to be 126w equivalent. They are larger than another one I've got which wasn't bright enough so easier for me to put in the socket I have to stand on tippy toes for that one!!!

Over 16W. Slight blue tint. Great warranty.
I checked the wattage of one of the bulbs. 16.4W. I noticed that the bulbs themselves have text saying they are 18W. They don't seem to be much brighter than my previous 13W.They are bigger than the previous bulbs I've bought. You can see in the photo. One thing I found is that they have a blue tint to them. This might just be my eyes seeing this tint. It is annoying. I would prefer pure white or a warm (orange) tint.

Clear light
Living in an old farm house, we need lights on most of the time. These bulbs give a clear light for reading, food prep, eating, etc.

Super Bright Bulbs at a Great Price
After buying many different brands of LED bulbs from Amazon, I can truly say that these are the best in terms of brightness and value for money. They truly are equivalent to at least a 100w old type bulb with a great clear light. These will now be my default LED bulbs of choice from now on.On thing to be carful of is that they are slightly larger than standard, apart from that its all good.

Saved me hundreds of pounds
These bulbs are great. Bought them for my garage. I was considering having two windows fitted so I can use my garage as a workshop, but with these bulbs the windows are no longer required, these are adequately bright enough to be considered as natural daylight. Also purchased another set for my loft. Also saving on electricity, instead of 300 watts of power being used these bulbs only use 54 watts as confirmed by my smart meter.
