Good nutritional supplement
Sort of like an oatmeal shake, but flavorful. Held well in my system. I prep these the prior night on fishing trips and have them on the go when we are off to the mountain lakes and/or streams in the early morning (6am). Held off my appetite till noon without clearing out me out like other high fiber food. Good if you are exercising and/or dieting to meet your weight goals. Fairly priced and like the flavors compared to the alternates found in health food and vitamin stores.

Healthy ingredients, high in protein great taste and easy!
I run, cycle, trek, and do BootCamp style classes. I love the healthy ingredients, high protein (20g and other flavors higher in protein), low calories, great taste, ease of use and reasonable cost! I make mine the night before and use almond milk. Fast and easy. I simply pour 8oz's of almond milk, open and pour in packet, shake and put in the fridge. In the morning I have a cold refreshing boost of oatmeal carbs AND protein. I use this product 3 hours before all my races and always have great energy. Great product for those active folks looking to check all the boxes!

Very disappointed...
I'm a vegetarian and am always looking for protein heavy, easy meals that I can make quickly. Overnight oats, sorry... Oats Overnight... seemed like a no brainer. Although the food is super easy to make (i.e. shake up contents with some milk) and the nutrition/ingredients were acceptable, the final product was highly disappointing... To me, the food was way, way, way too sweet. Unbearably sweet. This is completely uncalled for, because with other brands, I can easily add some honey or more fruit to sweeten it. Unfortunately, the only way I could eat the blueberry flavor was by adding an additional cup full of plain steel cut oats to help cut the sweetness. Even then, it was too sweet. In addition, the consistency is pretty bad. It's more like eating cold, wet, soggy grits than eating oatmeal. I wanted to like this product so bad, but even if it was great, the price alone makes it not worth it.

Easy to make and a pleasure to drink or eat.
This taste so good to me and is so easy to make that it is difficult to make only one of them a day. Somehow, I suspect that they don’t quell the brains desire to eat again. I don’t know if they raise my blood sugar level. I make them with soy milk, unsweetened not oat milk.

Pretty good, but depends on your milk
When I first tried this flavor with hemp milk, it was SOOOOOOOO GOOD. I was floored by how yummy this was. I also tried it with macadamia milk and it was just as yummy. So I ordered a whole box. But the hemp and macadamia milk were super expensive and goes by quick, so on my third try, I made it with 1% milk...and it was gamey and disgusting. For the 4th one, I tried it with a plant based milk (basically non-dairy milk made with whole bunch of different nuts) and man, it just does not taste right. So I went back to hemp milk and the product taste just as good as the first time.So yeah, if you're trying this and don't like it, make sure to try it with a type of milk that you like.

Great Taste And Nutrition
The first time I tried Oats Overnight was a few years ago. A colleague had observed my routine of going to the staff lounge and making my mid-morning protein shake. She offered to bring in Oats Overnight the next day for me to try. Once I had it, I began ordering the product myself and I haven't gone back to my usual routine since then.Blueberry is my favorite flavor but I have tried most of the others as well and have not found any flavors that I don't like. I typically use Almond Milk as my mixer but sometimes use Chocolate Almond Milk in the Peanut Butter variations.I highly recommend anyone mixing protein shakes to give Overnight Oats a try!

Awesome but way too expensive
This is an incredible tasting overnight oats mix with a decent amount of protein per serving (22g). However, it is simply too expensive for a daily breakfast. The packet price is around ~$4.30 and that is before adding your dairy of choice (in my case, I used 8oz of oatmilk each day which turns out to be about $0.70 of oatmilk. $5/day for an at-home daily DIY breakfast is simply too much money to spend, and it isn’t as filling as a physical breakfast of eggs, toast, bacon etc. no matter what the ads say.Eggs are about $0.25/each, bacon is about $0.40/strip and toast is about $0.30/slice. A hearty breakfast consisting of three eggs, three strips of bacon, and two slices of toast comes in at around $2.80. That is about right for how much I would be willing to max pay for breakfast made at home (this would be much more filling too). Anything else like cereal, oatmeal, pancakes, etc would be cheaper.Save your money unless they are able to drop the price down to about $2.30/packet. That, plus about $0.70/serving of oatmilk will get you to about $3/day for breakfast at home, a much more reasonable amount and cuts off $60/month from the subscription cost if you have it every day like I did.TL;DR: I canceled after subscribing for two months because of the price, and I am looking at other options as I love the concept but just can’t support spending that much for an at home processed breakfast which is less filling than traditional alternatives.
