You won’t be a mug buying these
I’d already bought the elegant matching dinner plates to mix in with my Japanese crockery so when I spotted the mugs I had to have them. They’re very well made, look classy with their subtle ridge detail and feel nice to hold. I was amazed by their ridiculously low price for the high quality.

Excellent quality and customer service
The crockery is well made, stylish and can be mixed and matched.My order was very well packaged but pasta bowls arrived in bits. Not a problem at all because superb customer service had new replacements with me 48 hours later. 👍

Great quality items and great customer service.
Lovely quality mugs, bought as a housewarming present, unfortunately one of the mugs had a fault. Contacted customer services, sent photos and got an immediate reply with an apology and stating the mug would be replaced with 3 days. Have bought Nicola Spring plates/bowls etc in the past and they are very good quality. Great customer service from Rinkit.

Nice item
Nice looking mugs but they were not as robust as I would have liked, so the handle was thin and didn't feel comfortable in my hand when carrying hot tea (personal preference would be for a thicker handle), also they stained quite easily.
