Simple brilliant versatile dog toy we found good for chewers, chasers and teethers
Kongs are simply brilliant. Great for our Springer Lab cross who is still a puppy at 9 months and I suspect will be for a long time to come. Loves to chase it rolling on the floor and chewing plus when we put a stub of carrot in it she will play for ages trying to get that last morsel out. She has already managed to lose two Kongs playing in the house and the garden so this order was a repeat. They are indestructible but not too hard which might risk damaging teeth. They go in the dishwasher, (rinse afterwards), and suggest scooping out any material left in the hole regularly. We recommend an apple corer or potato peeler to do this. We find Kongs excellent to leave with the dog if we have to leave her alone for a couple of hours. Good prompt supplier, decently packaged.

Ribbed and rubbery
In case you're wondering how big this is, I have just bought the Kong Classic Medium and it is ~80mm long, 50mm outside diameter and 25mm internal diameter at the bottom. We've had a blue one - which I think may have been the same size - but it ended up in the bin after some combination of the rubber perishing and over-enthusiastic chewing from our 25kg Labradoodle. This red one is noticeably stiffer. We stuff it with mashed-up kibble, then freeze it, and it keeps him amused for a few minutes, a bit like licking the marrow out of a bone.

Brilliant and a life saver
Brilliant product and definitely keeping my puppy happy. Only con is that it is rather small. But absolutely perfect for a smaller dog

I think a little small for a 'Medium dog'
I have two Huskys and they are normally classed as medium dogs.I worry slightly about the size of these when they put the whole thing in their mouths. I don't think they can choke on them but something to thing about.Mine have started to crack after 3 uses. Yes I do dishwasher them and I do put them in the freezer, but they are designed for both of those things. The dogs however do love them, epsically when I freeze some wetfood and give them a nice frozen treat.

Bought a few years ago, pups still love 'em!
They've held up well over the past few years, including countless run-ins with the dishwasher. Kong's quality seems to be rather consistent over the years-the smaller variety of this toy also has held up well for us previously. Then again, we've only got smaller pups (Jack-Collie & Jack-Chihauhau), so your results may vary.

Great to keep a dog entertained
These toys are amazing and keep my dog engaged for hours. I bought the medium size for my 10kg dog but realise you can’t fit a full meal inside, the inside is quite small so it’s really just for a fun snack. It takes him about an hour to empty a frozen kong (you can google loads of recipes). The plastic is extremely durable and I washed the new kongs once in the dishwasher to remove the initial plastic smell.
