Made the mistake of not looking at the 2nd photo to see that pectin is one of the ingredients. This is not honey in the sense that one considers the viscous nature of honey -- that thick, sticky consistency between solid and liquid. Rather, this "honey" is more gelatinous than fluid. Also, I would never think to put pectin in my tea or coffee. Try another approach to creating elderberry honey and I will consider buying your American made product.

I love elderberry jam and thought this would be great. The label says it has pectin in it, so maybe that's why it doesn't taste so great
