Controls need to be better
This chair is just OK. It does give a strong massage, but there is no way to retract the rollers, so it does not double for a comfy recliner. When you turn it on, everything starts at once. There is no way to just get in, recline, and get just the massage you want. It would also be better if it reclined a bit more, get your feet over your head for a bit. All in all, it does seem to be helping my back, so kudos for that.

Comfortable
It’s really good for the price. Easy to assemble. I love the foot rollers and the pressure it puts on the arms. But when the chair reclines the arm pressure piece is stationary so it only works on my finger tips. The only way my arms get a massage is if I’m sitting straight up. I should have paid a couple hundred bucks more for the rollers to massage my butt too bcuz the air pumps don’t do the trick for my buttocks

Not comfortable
Message strength was way too much, hurting when I sat on it,especially the foot part. tried to adjusted strength to different mode,but won't help. I even had my friends to tried on it,they felt the same was as I had.
