Excellent Product -> READ FULL DETAILED REVIEW FOR MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE
Like any other technical person, I decided to cover my 1200 sqft home with full wireless coverage.1) Firstly, I decided to use wireless extenders from Netgear and TP-link. The coverage was good but the bandwidth was horrible. Also when I moved toward the inner rooms, the wireless node would remain connected to the previous access point up till the point where there was no signal at all. Even if there was 1% signal, the device would remain attached to the previous access point and my bandwidth would slow down to a crawl. This is a real pain, especially on video calls and WhatsApp calls. the voice would start breaking and finally after the call got dropped due to the disconnection of wifi.2) Secondly, I laid out CAT 6 cables in all the rooms and gave all the Access points, a dedicated uplink. This did solve the bandwidth issue, but again the mobility was a pain as the only time my device could disconnect from the previous access point and connect to the one much closer was if the signal from the previous one completely disappeared. Even if there was a 1% signal, it would continue to remain connected.3) I started to research the internet for a couple of days and came across the DECO model of TP-Link. Initially, I was skeptical, as I had used TP-Link around 10 years back. The experience was horrible. But decided not to judge the product from a 10-year-old experience and it was the best decision I made.Firstly, the deco product looks beautiful. One of the main features was the mesh, which allows mobility for wireless devices to seamlessly connect to the best Wireless access point as you move around. I personally tested this feature while on a WhatsApp video call with my deco app to verify whether I have moved between access points. As I moved from one room to another, the devices jumped from the previous room's access point to the new one without the call dropping or glitches. There were occasional glitches in the video but it was only for a second or two. Also, the DECO units have 2 ethernet ports per AP. So if you have only 1 wire and have a computer, it can be daisy chained via the Access point.A couple of things to keep in mind.1) firstly, they are NOT POE enabled. I wish they were as I have a POE switch, but it was not a deal-breaker. It means you need both an ethernet cable and a power source at every access point.2) Secondly, there is a primary Access Points (AP) and the other 2 are secondary AP's. I noticed that my full internet speed was only available on the primary AP and not on the other 2 via speed tests. I turns out that the secondary AP's were connected to the primary AP via a wireless link like an extender and hence the bandwidth was compromised. After some research, I found out that the deco units install by default in router mode and we need to configure this into Access point mode. Once done, the units were connected with a cabled ethernet backhaul and all AP's were getting full internet speed.3) the setup is pretty simple using the deco app from Play Store. I have not contacted support for any issues so can't comment on that part...Yet.4) Another drawback is that I can not be connected to the OMANDA controller, which is a Free SDN controller from TP-link. It provides Zero-touch provisioning for my TPlink router and Jetstream switches.Hope you find this helpful and click the upvote button for this review.

Excellent product.
This mesh wi-fi system is wonderful. I was delighted with the performance. No reduction in speed anywhere in the house. Signal strength is also very good. A bit expensive though.I have used it upto 100mbps speed only.

DECO M4 HOME MESH WIFI
As someone who has experienced their fair share of Wi-Fi frustrations, I was eager to try out the TP-Link Deco M4 Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi System. With promises of seamless coverage, speedy connections, and convenient features, here's my honest review after testing the system over several months.Pros:Whole Home Coverage: The TP-Link Deco M4 delivers on its promise of whole-home coverage. The three units in the pack work together to create a mesh network that blankets your home in Wi-Fi, eliminating dead zones and providing a strong, consistent signal throughout.Seamless Roaming: Moving around the house while streaming, gaming, or working is a breeze. The system offers seamless roaming, so your device automatically connects to the Deco unit with the strongest signal, ensuring a smooth online experience.Easy Setup: Setting up the Deco M4 is incredibly straightforward. The mobile app guides you through the installation process, and you can have your network up and running in a matter of minutes. It's user-friendly and doesn't require advanced technical knowledge.Parental Controls: The parental control features are a valuable addition for families. You can manage internet access for specific devices, set time limits, and even filter content. It's a useful tool for maintaining a safe online environment for kids.Compatibility: The Deco M4 works well with Amazon Echo and Alexa, allowing for voice control of your network. This is a nice touch for those who already have smart home devices integrated with Alexa.Cons:Speed and Bandwidth: While the Deco M4 offers decent speeds with its AC1200 rating, it might not be suitable for those with ultra-high-speed internet connections or users who demand top-tier gaming or streaming performance. It's more geared toward the average household's needs.Limited Ethernet Ports: Each Deco unit provides only two Ethernet ports. For those who require a significant number of wired connections, this could be a limitation.Pricey for Some: The Deco M4 is not the cheapest mesh Wi-Fi system on the market. While it offers excellent coverage and features, it might be on the pricey side for budget-conscious consumers. In summary, the TP-Link Deco M4 Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi System excels in providing reliable whole-home coverage, seamless roaming, and user-friendly controls. It's an excellent choice for most households looking to eliminate Wi-Fi dead spots and improve their connectivity. However, if you're a power user requiring extremely high-speed internet or numerous wired connections, you might want to explore higher-end models. Nonetheless, the Deco M4 offers great value and convenience for the average user, making it a worthy investment in home networking.

The best affordable mesh setup for a 800 sq ft house
After doing a lot research i settled on buying this monitor .Positives- very easy to setup with the tplink app- Does exactly what it says . It basically connects you to one Wifi network wherever you go in the house and communicates internally with the routers to give you a decent range .- The speeds are not a problem as long as you’re ok with a 100 mbps ( more than enough )-Every router comes with a power adapter and Ethernet input .- Value for moneyNegatives- This will not act as a standalone router so you might have to purchase a main router (any basic router under Rs 1500 would do ) and then connect this mesh network to it .- I believe it would do a good job for a 800 sq ft house . Anything more than that might require a additional mesh router which you can purchase separately .

Qualidade Excelente
