Top is too small
This definitely keeps a drink cold all day. But the top is too small to add ice, so it turned out to be a back up rather than the main event this school year.

Actually, a very neat product!
Arrived on time and excellent product. Well worth the price and effort - the color was exactly as stated, the logo text was perfect. The vendors followed up with several emails making sure i got the order correctly. Very considerate! Will definitely order this again for my other kids. At least now, my son's water bottle won't be carried off by accident after practice.

Paint already chipping
After one use, the paint is already coming off the bottom. This was bought for daily use, so I am not sure how long it will look nice. Looking for something more durable for my son.

Doesn’t Look Like the Photo!
Spent $40 on two of these for Christmas gifts. Expected them to look like the photo, but when I received them, the bottles are very lightweight/feel cheap & the lettering is gray—the stainless steel under the chosen color. When I asked about it looking white in the photo and what I could do about ordering something different/returning the item, I was simply directed back to read the item description and policy of no returns. Totally accept responsibility for not reading more carefully, but also still maintain that the promotional photo used for this product is VERY misleading. Just a word of warning to buyers looking for something that looks like the picture. Now I have two water bottles I don’t want and I lost $40 in the process. :(

Better than expected!
Absolutely thrilled with how this personalized water bottle came out. I loved the graphic options available and the finished result was so much better than I could have even hoped for. Communication was great throughout the process.
