I am extremely happy with this purchase; nothing but great things to say about this product.My main concern about purchasing an IP security camera system was not the technical capability of the IP cameras and the NVR. The main concern was the usability of the NVR user interface and being able to understand and configure all of the features that it provides. I have more to learn about it's capabilities, but below are listed some of the things that really make it a great product.1. Price: Very reasonable price considering the list of features.2. Easy of installation: I did the install myself and with POE, the Cat5 cables need to be router from the NVR location to the location of the IP cameras.3. 4K IP cameras/NVR at 15FPS on all 8 cameras. I have the NVR attached to a 77" 4K TV and the video playback and live video is truly amazing. Even the "View 9" mode that shows up to 9 video feeds at once. The attached picture show this mode with 7 IP cameras. I'm still thinking about were the 8th camera should be located.4. Configuring a large number of IP cameras: I feel that they really did this right. There are a lot of detail settings available for the IP cameras, and having to do this 8 times would have been painful. For example, there is an "Encode" tab that lets you configure the main stream and sub-stream of each IP camera with about 18 different settings. This is just one of 6 tabs. Within each tab there is a "Copy to" button that lets you copy the configuration of the selected IP camera to any number of the other cameras. So a soon as you get one IP camera the way you want it, you just copy the config to the other cameras. Awesome!5. There are a large number of different event options for capturing various motion events. Line crossing is the one that I am using. You can draw up to 4 lines on the display of each IP camera and be notified anytime something crosses these lines in either or both directions. Very easy to understand and set-up. There are 10 other types of events that I haven't even tried yet, like Face detection, loitering detection, object missing, parking detection, etc. Amazing!6. Large amount of storage: with 7 IP cameras configured for maximum resolution, highest quality video @ 15FPS and 24HR recording, I am getting about 5 days worth of video before it over-writes the oldest footage. I will probably play with the video quality to extend the number of days and/or add another HD in the future. I previously was getting about 8 days; not sure of the quality differences though; both were 4K @ 15FPS.7. Reviewing recorded video, especially events: The playback screen contains a calendar of days highlighting the days with recorded video. I currently am seeing 5 days highlighted. On the selected day the timeline can show blue for the normal recording and red for the events. So it is very fast to jump to different events and review what happened. I also like the 32x rate, the 1/4 and 1/2 rates, and the backward play.8. IR night vision: The range is really good and am very happy with the video quality even it zero ambient light. The only thing to be mindful of is IR reflection which can wash out the image at night. I had mounted an IP camera too high under the eve of the roof and pointed it too high at the roof. Even though not much roof was showing in the video, and the picture was perfect in the day time, at night I was getting too much IR wash due to reflections off of the underside of the roof. Point the camera more towards the ground fixed the problem. Definitely not an issue with the IP cameras, but I initially thought I had a problem with that one camera. Just something to keep in mind when mounting the cameras.9. Last but definitely not least is the great customer service. I had a minor issue with my NVR which was handled by their customer service team very quickly, efficiently amd professionally. I really appreciate the help that I received from Kevin Diep for the resolution of the issue, and also Paul Fleek for the initial interactions. Both email correspondence and phone support was excellent. I understand that problems happen; but the true test is how a company responds and GW Security (gwsecurityusa.com) has been excellent.

Does not come with cables, complete waste of money!

This camera system is a great buy. Customer tech support is helpful setting things up.

The camera are great quality. It work perfect for my shop.
