This is a great headband, but doesn't work well as a blindfold. That's not to say that the description said that it was intended for that purpose...that's just what I bought it for.I am training to be Donatello--I mean to use the Bo Staff and need a blindfold that is completely opaque and cool (temperature, not look) at the same time...this is not opaque. Or at least, the purple one isn't. Fortunately, I don't like things close to my eyes anyways and close my eyes while blindfolded so it's of little import. I will continue on my search for a purple headband that can double as a blindfold, but if you want this as an actual headband, go for it.

Material is thin and stretchable but thick enough to not be see though. I have long hair and I use this when ever my hair gets in my hair while working out, drawing or doing yard work. So glad they had in purple as well!

Normally I absolutely love these! I have bought quite a few. But this is the first time I have received one and it be a totally different color than the past colors. I was looking to have matching headbands for my daughter and her bestie but now I am going to have to find another brand bc it doesn't match at all. I wouldn't even call the new one purple. It's more of red-violet (pinkish purple) and I was wanting purple. Very bummed.

It's a bit darker purple than I thought it was but it works perfectly

Fabric won’t stay put on your head and the color was way off from the description. Was suppose to be a dark purple. We received a lavender color headband

Fun colors, not too thick...this caught the sweat but didn’t cause me to sweat more. It’s was also very cute!
