I run through a bottle of these in no time. I take 4-6 of them when I remember them. They are 25 MCG per gummy or 1,000 IU per gummy. I like to take around 5,000 IU at a time, some days I will take 6 because I know I forgot them the previous day. These are decent tasting if you like fruit gummies. I just eat them like candy. I just pour a handful in my hand. They are helping. I should not have a lot of Vitamin D problems as I am outside a lot but I felt like I needed more. My blood tests are showing an increase in vitamin D after taking these so I am going to go ahead and order me a couple more bottles of them.

OK, I could not get my guy to take vitamins so I basically tricked him into taking an assortment of vitamins and minerals by purchasing gummy‘s. I placed them in a blue quart mason jar and he snacks on them regularly. If he even remotely thought they were vitamins, one, I would be in deep trouble, and two, he would not be eating them. It’s been six weeks and I have refilled that mason jar twice. I hope this helps, he is anti-doctor, anti-healthcare, anti-everything and my trick is working. Personally, I think that says a whole lot about the flavor of these gummies!!

VitaFusion has been the preferred gummy type of vitamin in the house. The whole family thinks they are eating candy when chewing on these wonderful flavored organic vitamins. You would not regret buying these. Perfect for those of us who work indoors and need that Vitamin D boost. This is great for the ones you love that dont like how your typical vitamins taste.

The best-tasting Vitamin D. No gelatin, which is important to me. I like them so much I spread out the two a day into one when I wake up and one when I go to bed to keep myself from taking more. I take Vitamin D because Dr. Fauci said people who get COVID fare better if they’ve been taking it. He takes it.

They are ok. I find the flavor and consistency of the gummies a bit odd compared to my normal gummy vitamins, but that might just be because they are gelatin-free.

I will be the first to tell you I hate trying to remember to take my vitamins. However, these are tasty indeed. I have blood work coming up so I can't really speak to the absorbancy yet. I will have to update this rating. These are a bit spendy but I remember to actually take these so to me the price is worth it.

These are quite enjoyable! Some of the comments complain of overly sweetness but I didn't find it much sweet and on top of that it has one of the lowest sugar content per serving I've seen on other products on here. I can't eat excessive sugar so this is a good choice for those trying to do the same. It's definitely "gummy"

Purchased this product because it is an organic chewable vitamin. I have not had my bloodwork checked again, so I really don’t know the absorption value... tastes good.
