I have used this product in the past. Light weight and fairly sheer with a little bit of color.

This is the only foundation by CG that I can say I truly like. I was looking for an inexpensive foundation that could cover up uneven skin tone and be used for sensitive skin. I originally came across this brand on sale (apparently it is discontinued now), read the reviews, and decided to give it a go. I am glad I did. It provides full coverage that most high end foundations do but for a fraction of the cost. It is a nice creamy, thick foundation. It is easy to blend and build. I use this with a combination of other products (concealer, powder). The CG foundation creates a really nice, matte look. It is slightly lighter than expected. If you are planning on wearing make-up all day and into the evening, you will most likely need a touch up. My skin is normal to oily and for me, I have to use oil blotting sheets by the end of the day and re-powder. I was nervous about ordering this from an online seller, but the product arrived quickly and was brand new, including the inside seal still in place.

I purchased my first jar of this in June after watching some YouTube videos on creating a contoured look. I didn't want to buy the super expensive stuff and it not work. I had middle of the road expectations for this foundation because it was CoverGirl, and it said whipped causing me to worry about coverage. I have SLE Lupus and have the "butterfly" (malar) rash on my face. This is redness that is hard to conceal. This foundation is completely weightless on my skin, but it has great coverage that you can build up as much as you need to without feeling cakey. Living in Texas, I also need something that won't "melt" off my face throughout the day. While it does stay moist and easily transfers to clothes, hands, etc. no melting and the flawless coverage is what I was looking for. It conceals better than my $100 Dermablend, Clinique, Merle Norman, etc. products. I do have hyperpigmentation problem areas on the top of my forehead and chin that could be seen by the end of the day, but I feel that was from transferring to a napkin, my hand, a kleenex, etc. Overall, this is the only coverage I have found for my "lupus face".

I really like this makeup it blends easily and makes your skin look so smooth. I have acne scars and potholes so this product did look very heavy on these spots because its very thick and I didn't like that. I applied it with a sponge and I go light on these areas so it doesn't look all gross. It made my VERY large pores look less noticeable. This makeup doesn't really dry so you must apply powder or it will melt off on anything that touches your face. I have very oily skin so I always have to use oil sheets and without powder this will be gone by the end of the day. Despite these drawbacks it blends itself into your skin since its whipped so super easy application and its a small container so I can just carry it in my pocket with a small sponge and put more on when I get bored. Lol I don't exclusively use this I like liquid but this is perfect when I only have 2 minutes before I have to go.

I loved the consistency of this product, truly excellent, not too thick or runny which makes it easy to use. The best part is this foundation is so blend able you can easily apply it in the car with just your fingertips. My disappointment wasn't with the quality or consistency but with the color. For some reason I have the hardest time finding my match with covergirl foundations and this was no exception, I found this color to be darker than expected. I can still use it and I would definitely repurchase this product if I could find a better shade.

This whipped makeup is unsurpassed in gliding on, making your skin feel great, and looking like a million while on. I saw where it isn't available any longer....with quality like this, There just has to be a way to find more. Somebody tell me there's another outlet!!! And that it will be on Amazon...and that it won't come from China.

I like this foundation for the winter and spring, b/c where I live, the weather is slightly more dry in those two seasons, so the whipped creme foundation tends to give some moisture to my slightly parched-looking skin. I stopped using it in the summer though, b/c it can give your skin an oily, undesirable appearance since most people tend to have oilier/dewier skin in the summer when it's more humid. In general, I've never used full coverage/heavier foundations, so I can't attest to these in comparison; however, I would say that this is a good foundation for bare-minimum coverage. It gives you some color and helps even out skin tone, BUT do not expect it to cover acne, acne scars, sun spots, or any harsh discoloration in your skin. One could even pass w/ saying they have "no make-up" on when using this foundation.

I find it very difficult to find a foundation that I like to wear on its own. I use this as part of a combination of brands that I mix together to make a perfect base for my complexion. I love the texture of this, its very creamy and light. However I find that on its own it has too much of a cake-like, opaque texture. I prefer to mix it with a more expensive product, either NARS Sheer foundation in Figi or Sephora's own name brand in light. I have a fair complexion and find this mixture covers well but is sheer enough to still look natural.

not a bad concealer under your foundation or just worn as it is. Use it for work & keep my dearer stuff for nights out
