This mission-style bookcase is of good value and quality. I couldn't find any assembly instructions, but there was a lot of packaging material, so I might have missed it. The assembly was simple, though. Eight screws and washers and the shelf support pegs were included. They also included hardware to secure the bookcase to the wall and two small screws to help secure the backing...but I didn't use them. The drawer portion was all preassembled, so that's a plus! It took about 30 minutes to assemble solo.I bought this to help organize my records and record player. It works well for this purpose, with room to expand my collection! :)

I was attracted to this bookcase by the way it looked in the photographs, and by the outstanding reviews. This product is dramatically superior to most of the "assembly required" furniture I have come across. First it is real wood and wood veneers and not some composite with a laminate made to look like wood glued on. Assembly was simple and quick, requiring literally only a few minutes to put together, with the help of my wife. I like the "mission" style of this bookcase and it has the appearance of quality that only furniture costing much, much more can provide. The drawer glides smoothly with no binding. I and very pleased with the purchase and would not hesitate to purchase other products that this manufacturer offers.

I have recently bought several pieces of Leick furniture and found it well made, easy to assemble and attractive.

I really like other Leick products because the top surface is thick solid wood as are many of the other members. On this one the top shelf does not appear to be solid wood. Also the back of the shelf is pretty flimsy (but that is par for the course for most shelves.) All in all not a bad investment, just not as nice as their end tables.

We love these bookshelves. We ordered two and have found them to be of excellent quality and they included safety devices we could install to keep the shelves from ever falling forward. The wood is beautiful and we are extremely pleased!

Well built, relatively easy to assemble, very attractive. A bit pricey but I’d rather pay more for something solid that will last.

I have purchased six pieces of Leica furniture and been pleased with all. Quality for price is very good.

Very beautiful case. Wood is dark and shiny. Perfect size.
