I be have a fracture tail bone, went to see a spinal doctor, he recommended a heavy duty rubber tube type circular to put all my weight in the device, before I could only sit for 45 minutes, then had to shift my weight to relieve the pain, I been using this and f el much better

Good value for the money. It works like it's supposed to, holds the air pressure, and is very comfortable.

Have had these before and just needed a new one.... due to injuries, I have to use this when driving (or riding for any length of time).... they are well made and last a long time.... I keep one in each of our cars UPDATE (4 Dec 2014): I have to change my opinion on these. I have had the before and they have been good, however, these last 2 failed very quickly. I barely used them at all and they are both deflating almost instantly. I will not buy them again.

I use it to sit on the floor. I like it because it keeps my bottom comfy.

My girlfriend hurt her tailbone so I sent her this as a gag gift. She says it works quite well actually.

I can tell you I sit on one and have another behind me, filling the gap between my back and the chair. Feels like floating in the air. If you spend lots of time in front of your computer, do yourself (bottom and back) a favor and sit on an Inflatable Cushion, you will feel the difference.

I find this product, ( I have two now) perfect for seat and back adjustment for those oddly angled chairs and for making the most of driver's seats. I have had a spinal fusion and both hips replaced, so need specifics to make sitting bearable. Great product, the secret is not to over-inflate!

Retired nurse here. I chose this rubber ring because it’s a professional type. It has a two way sealing stopper. Blow in then screw the metal seal while still in your mouth to prevent deflation then screw in the final stopper. It’s perfect for my needs. Cover with an old pillow case for comfort and throw in the wash when it needs to be laundered. An amusing side note. My cat likes to lie in the centre curled up when it’s not in use.

I purchased this red inflatable “Rubber Ring” cushion for my elderly mother who has been stuck in a hospital bed laying on her back. This had made her sacrum and coccyx bone really sore. The only similar product I could buy off the shelf in pharmacies was a black inflatable “Plastic Donut” cushion. I bought the black plastic one first and wish I hadn’t. I’d used a “Rubber Ring” decades ago while recovering from a shattered pelvis so I know the difference! The inner tube style of the “Rubber Ring” is what makes it so comfortable. In general, the “Rubber Ring” provides far more relief than the “Plastic Donut”, which feels quite hard no matter how much air you let out, unlike the rubbery softness which conforms to your body regardless of how inflated it is, and it causes no real pressure points. This brand also came in a smaller size which suited my mum well, and it provided very good value for money.

Thick rubber that won't break or leak easily. Also easy to clean! Duel seal valves keep air in and make filling and sealing bu mouth easier that single seal version. Not pump adapter needed as even with my asthmatic lungs I was able to fill.

It holds air nicely and it’s made of a thicker durable rubber, and it really is a lifesaver when it’s needed
