This is an excellent product. Just wish it wasn’t so pricey.

I agree with the other positive reviews. This product tastes bad and is a little expensive, but it works great. I found that drizzling it over a tablespoon of yogurt makes it go down very easily.I was very skeptical at first, but after trying a couple of bottles, I was sold. My brain is working a lot better in too many ways to list.

I purchased this supplement in good faith because I have used other bodybio products & felt they were a trustworthy company. Unfortunately, this oil is SO thick that it cannot even be poured out. I can stick a thin utensil into the bottle to attempt to scoop the thick gelatinous substance out, but I wouldn't be able to get more than a few servings- for to the fact it's in a bottle. This silent is of no use to me, since it cannot be utilized. $110.00 is alot of money to throw down the drain - its not right! I attempted to return it after realizing it was of no use to me & was planning to repurchase the bodybio PC capsules - only to realize that it is non refundable or replaceable. This is not right & I'm SO upset. The fact that they don't stand behind their product makes me feel as if they're not as reliable or customer focused as I'd once thought. 😔

It doesn’t taste very good and it is good so you just take 1 teaspoon but it is good for your brain. Next time I will get the pills.

I bought this product for both my mother and I. My mother is 94 years old, and has dementia, and I am 68. I really don't have any physical or mental problems other than being tired all the time from taking care of my mother. This supplement supplies Phosphatidyl Choline that is a lipid fat in almost every cell in our bodies and brains. As we get older, our bodies don't supply this element in the quantities that are needed to keep the cells healthy.After using a bottle of it for my mother, I really didn't notice much of a difference in her, but I'm sure it would take more than one bottle to do anything for her considering her mental condition. For me, I noticed a huge difference. I no longer feel groggy when I get up in the morning. It takes a little bit to get past feeling sleepy, but then I really feel pretty good. I also have a lot more energy, and my whole mental attitude has changed for the most part. I have a lot more ambition, and I feel a lot more "up" on life.I have been taking one teaspoon a day, and the taste is not at all bad. It is pretty thick, and like swallowing a teaspoon of thick honey (but not sweet). It's nice that I really don't mind taking it. For my mother, I have started her on PPC that has more components that may be more helpful for her.

BodyBio's Brain Supplement delivers on its promise of enhancing focus, memory, and cellular repair. The phospholipid complex is effective, but personally, I would prefer capsules over the liquid form for convenience.
