They add flavor to beans
Use these to make bean stew. As far as I can tell from my brother these are tasty and good. I just use them to add flavor to beans so I can't say for myself if these are delicious.

Quijote Spanish chorizos
Have eaten these chorizos over the years. They have a good taste. Use them mostly is Spanish soups, etc. will buy again.

Good flavor but remember to remove the casing.
I loved the chorizo but was not aware that I had to take off the paper wrapping that it comes in. It's not noticeable and I just cut the pieces I was using and when I went to eat it I realized it was still in paper casing. But otherwise, it's a fabulous chorizo.

They were tiny for the price and dident look fresh. Skin was really dark.
